On the basis of detailed analysis to information technology in engineering fields points of view about PLM vs. ERP are discussed. According to requirements of designing collaboration, data sharing and business management, an integrated platform between Pro/I and SAP-PLM is implemented as a integration case. Besides, an integration solution centered at material quota and key technologies are proposed to meet integration requirements of design, process and manufacturing in railway vehicle manufacturing enterprises, which include data integration technologies between PDM, CAPP, FastCut/Nest, ERP on the server layer; Data Pre-process technologies for design and process integration; automatic nesting optimization technologies meeting practical production requirements; the method to calculate material quota based on nesting optimized layouts; and the sharing of general NC codes. All these technologies and solutions support both innovative designing and fine management in manufacturing enterprises.
Objective To investigate the relationship between Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) infection and concentration of reactive oxygen species (ROS) in AGS cells. Methods AGS cells were cultured with either Hp11638 (CagA~+ , VacA~+ ) extract or Hp11638 mutant (CagA~+ , VacA~-) extract for 48 hours, then the cells and supernatants were collected. The concentration of ROS in AGS cells was measured by flow cytometry. The eytochrome C reduction was detected by spectrophotometer at 550 nm. Results The ROS levels in the AGS cells were correlated with two H. pylori strains in a concentration- and time-dependent manner. The ROS levels in AGS cells treated with Hp11638 extract in different concentrations or times were correspondingly higher than those treated with Hp11638 mutant extract. Similar results were found in examination of cytochrome C reduction. Conclusion The elevation of ROS in AGS cells is related to effects of H. pylori proteins, and the VaeA protein involves in the process.

Objective:To explore the effects of ultrashort wave therapy on oxygen saturation in patients with high altitude pulmonary edema. Methods:Cases of moderate high altitude pulmonary edema were randomly divided into two groups: control group(only routine therapy,n=50) and therapy group(routine therapy combined with ultrashort wave,n=41).The finger point oxygen saturation of each case in two groups was measured before therapy and after 15-minute routine therapy, respectively. Then those in therapy group were treated with ultrashort wave therapy for 20 minutes and their finger point oxygen saturation was consecutively monitored for 35 minutes. Results:After 15-minute routine therapy, the finger point oxygen saturation of each case was elevated and stabilized at a high level. Moreover,it was further elevated and stabilized at a higher level in therapy group after ultrashort wave therapy compared with control group. Conclusion:Ultrashort wave therapy can evidently elevate the oxygen saturation in patients with high altitude pulmonary edema.
This paper undertakes an innovative review and organization of the relevant issues of the FJSP in the genetic algorithm to provide some systematic way of organizing its issues and provide useful insights in this method of the genetic algorithm Flexible Job-shop Scheduling Problem (FJSP) is a type of scheduling problem with a wide range of application backgrounds. In recent years, genetic algorithms have become one of the most popular algorithms for solving FJSP problems and have attracted widespread attention. In this paper, a comprehensive review of chromosome coding methods of the genetic algorithm for solving the FJSP and three standards are used to compare the advantages and disadvantages of each coding method. The results show that MSOS-I coding is a better chromosomal encoding method for solving FJSP problems, whose chromosome structure is simple, feasibility and larger storage. The main contribution of this paper is to fill the literature gap, because No such comprehensive review of the FJSP in the GA prevails in the existing literature. This comprehensive review will be useful for scholars and practical applications of the FJSP and the genetic algorithm for artificial intelligence and machine learning implementations and applications.
To incorporate existing and new information tools, in particular optimization methods and software, an integrated resource management system was proposed for ferry companies. The system adopts a hierarchical system architecture which incorporates all the modules in the three layers: the supporting layer, the application layer, and the management and control layer. The blank ticket rolls were considered as critical resources, and a conceptual storage for blank ticket rolls was developed to complete a ticket lifecycle management approach. To balance the capacities of two or more sailings and enhance profits, a stowage optimization procedure oriented to Ro-Ro shipping was used. The system also provides cubic views for statistics as decision support methods. The system was tested as feasible and effective in two case studies conducted in Dalian, China.
