Openflow merupakan protokol yang digunakan dalam implementasi Software Defined Networking (SDN). Sebagai bagian proses komunikasi antara controller Openflow dan switch Openflow, protokol Openflow berfungsi sebagai bagian utama proses komunikasi antar kedua perangkat tersebut. Sebagai perangkat pusat, Openflow controller memiliki fungsi utama dalam komunikasi. Setiap vendor memiliki pendekatan yang berbeda mengenai bagaimana penerapan proses komunikasi yang dilakukan oleh controller . Jurnal ini menjelaskan mengenai bagaimana operasional Openflow controller dengan menggunakan Open Network Operating System (ONOS).
Stochastic programming problems arise as mathematical models for optimizing problems under stochastic uncertainty. Computational approaches for solving these models often involve approximating the underlying probability distribution with a probability measure that has finite support. To mitigate the computational complexity associated with increasing the number of scenarios, it may be necessary to reduce their quantity. The scenario is selected as the first element of supp , and the separable structure is used to determine the second element of supp while keeping the first element fixed. The process is repeated to establish the remaining indices, and each subsequent scenario is reduced accordingly. This iterative process continues until scenario is reduced
School communities interact dynamically, much like the agents in a multi-agent system. For coordinated action, relationships between agents in a multi-agent system must be handled. One technique for persuading individuals to behave in a coordinated manner is to manage the role of agents in generating knowledge, attitudes, and practices. Managing these connections is difficult due to the large number of unknowns. Modeling can aid in the clarification of agent relationships. Coordination mechanisms can be modeled using Markov models. Agents can demonstrate and consider how their actions affect other agents in order to achieve desired behavior goals. This paper extends the state space of Partially Observable Markov Decision Processes (POMDPs) with an agent model to make them multi-agent friendly.
Class imbalance occurs when instances in a class are much higher than in other classes. This machine learning major problem can affect the predicted accuracy. Support Vector Machine (SVM) is robust and precise method in handling class imbalance problem but weak in the bias data distribution, Biased Support Vector Machine (BSVM) became popular choice to solve the problem. BSVM provide better control sensitivity yet lack accuracy compared to general SVM. This study proposes the integration of BSVM and SMOTEBoost to handle class imbalance problem. Non Support Vector (NSV) sets from negative samples and Support Vector (SV) sets from positive samples will undergo a Weighted-SMOTE process. The results indicate that implementation of Biased Support Vector Machine and Weighted-SMOTE achieve better accuracy and sensitivity.
ABSTRAKIndonesia merupakan salah satu negara pengekspor keempat kopi terbesar di dunia, setelah Brazil, Vietnam dan Kolombia. Kopi Arabica Aceh Tengah merupakan salah satu kopi spesialti dari Indonesia yang memiliki nilai ekonomi tinggi yang dibudidayakan di Desa Telagah. Desa Telagah, Kecamatan Sei Bingei, Kabupaten Langkat berlokasi 60.6 km dengan jarak tempuh 1 jam 37 menit dari Kota Medan. Petani kopi di daerah mitra di Desa Telagah, teridentifikasi memiliki pengetahuan rendah, keterampilan sederhana, modal terbatas dalam budidaya dan pengelolaan kopi belum maksimal. Oleh sebab itu, sangat penting dilakukan kegiatan Pengabdian Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) yang difokuskan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor internal, eksternal, strategi pengembangan dan konservasi kopi, minuman penikmat rasa yang trendi masa kini. Kualitas kopi dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor seperti varietas kopi, pengendalian hama terpadu kopi, lokasi budidaya kopi, pemanenan kopi serta pengolahan pasca panen kopi. Kelompok petani kopi ‘Perteguhan-Telagah’, menjadi salah satu alternatif pemecahan masalah dengan menginisiasi ‘Model Edukop’, edukasi budidaya dan pengelolaan kopi diharapkan dapat mendukung ekonomi kreatif berkonsepkan ekosistem berkelanjutan, mengenalkan kepada masyarakat budidaya kopi sebagai wahana edukasi dan produksi sebagai minuman dan makanan olahan tepat rasa, tepat gizi, dan tepat guna yang meningkatkan kesejahteraan petani kopi. Rencana kegiatan PKM dilakukan dalam bentuk sosialisasi informasi, pelatihan, bimbingan teknis, dan pendampingan ke kepada mitra petani kopi serta masyarakat. Diprediksikan sumbangan mesin sangrai dan alat grinder pengabdian DRTPM Kemendikbudristek-USU 2022 kepada Poktan Kopi Perteguhan, dalam pengolahan dari kopi menjadi aneka minuman Kopnaco (Kopi-Nata de Coco), Koptel (kopi-Telang), dan Kopcin (Kopi-Cincau) serta makanan dalam bentuk snek Pisang kopi keju (Piskoju), Mikop (mie kopi), Nasi goreng kopi (Naskop) serta sambal kopi. Program PKM Kopi Telagah berbasiskan riset dan sinergitas dengan masyarakat untuk mencapai tujuan khusus mewujudkan Desa Telagah sebagai model harmoni masyarakat Sumatera Utara. The 'Perteguhan-Telagah' coffee farmer group, became an alternative problem solving by initiating the 'Edukop Model', education on coffee cultivation and management is expected to support the creative economy with a sustainable ecosystem concept, introduce coffee cultivation to the community as a vehicle and production as a beverage and processed food. right taste, right nutrition, and right use that improve the welfare of coffee farmers. The PKM activity plan is carried out in the form of information dissemination, training, technical guidance, and assistance to coffee farmer partners and the community. It is predicted that the donation of roasting machines and grinding equipment for the Ministry of Education and Culture-USU's 2022 DRTPM service to the Perteguhan Coffee Poktan will increase the use of coffee processing into a variety of drinks,such as: Kopnaco (Kopi-Nata de Coco) drinks, Koptel (Telang-coffee), and Kopcin (Kopi-Cincau) as well as food,such as snacks, Banana coffee cheese (Piskoju), Mikop (coffee noodles), Coffee fried rice (Naskop) and coffee sauce. The PKM coffee of Telagah programme is based on research and synergy with the community to achieve the specific goal of realizing Telagah Village as a model of harmony for the people of North Sumatra. Proses identifikasi buah-buahan secara tradisional mengalami banyak kendala akibat sifat manusia yang mempunyai kelemahan yang menyebabkan hasil yang diinginkan tidak efektif. Kemajuan teknologi komputer telah menyentuh dunia pertanian dari segi sebelum panen maupun pasca panen. Di sini timbul permasalahan bagaimana mengenali buah sehingga sesuai dengan kondisi nyata. Kondisi buah pepaya ditentukan oleh tingkat kematangan yang dilihat dari sisi warna pepaya. Klasifikasi yang lakukan oleh petani biasanya mengelompokkan pepaya dalam katagori muda, mengkal, dan masak penuh. Metode pengolahan citra mempunyai kemampuan untuk menganalisa kondisi kematangan pepaya dengan menggunakan nilai Red, Green, Blue (RGB) sebagai acuan. Penentuan klasifikasi dengan metode K-means clustering yang menggunakan selisih jarak eucludian sebagai acuannya. Untuk hasil pada kelompok pepaya muda 60% berhasil dikenali sebagai pepaya muda, kelompok pepaya mengkal 90% berhasil dikenali sebagai masak mengkal sedangkan pada kelompok pepaya penuh 100 % dikenali sebagai masak penuh. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan metode K-means Clustering hampir sama dengan proses klasifikasi oleh petani yang sudah berpengalaman bertahun tahun.
The arrangement of selfie photo spots is expected to increase the target of tourist visits, both foreign and local. Therefore, making selfie photo spots will be used as a promotional medium to increase the number of tourist visits. Sweembath Bahapal baths were built in 1930 by the Dutch government by employing plantation workers. The results of the preliminary survey indicate the need for further development so that it is expected to improve the welfare of the village community. The purpose of the activity is to become a creative and attractive place for recreation with an environmental perspective, organizing selfie photo spots which are expected to increase the target of tourist visits, both foreign and local. The method used in the implementation of the construction of eight selfie photo spots is something that provides recreational facilities that can make tourists active in tourist activities, the University of North Sumatra community service agency builds facilities for self-painted photo spots as follows (1) Dolphins, (2) Dinosaurs, (3) Elephants, (4) Butterflies, (5) Fire Tongue Wings, (6) Whales, (7) Butterflies, and (8) Turtles. Spot facilities Selfie photos form facts in the form of responses from collective or individual subjects such as 1) the presence of visitors who take advantage of the facilities, 2) parking attendants who regulate vehicle parking 3) traders who sell types of merchandise products, 3) place rental, mats, buoys, and changing rooms. The impact of the development and improvement of the functions of the facilities and infrastructure above, affects the welfare of the community, managers and traders in the Sweembath environment.
Recently, the management of drinking water pipelines must face challenges. Because these pipes are mostly located underground, they are vulnerable to damage over time. This damage causes problems such as rupture and leakage in the pipe. This paper proposes to optimally select the appropriate pipe diameter during pipeline replacement planning for drinking water pipelines using an integer programming model. First, the problem was formulated to minimize replacement costs (economic perspective) by considering hydraulic constraints namely stability of flow velocity for each pipe and water pressure at each node. We solved the model using an improved direct search approach.

This study aims to determine whether job rotation and work mutation influence employee performance at BMT KJKS Anda Salatiga. Samples in this study are 31 respondents. This research uses primary data which are collected through interview and questionnaires. Multiple regression analysis is used as an analytical method in this research. The research shows that job rotation influences employee performance partially but work mutation does not. Job rotation and work mutation on does not influence employee performance simultaneouslyPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh rotasi dan mutasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di KJKS BMT ANDA Salatiga.Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan KJKS BMT ANDA Salatiga sebanyak 37 karyawan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 31 responden. Jenis data dalam penelitian ini adalah primer. Metode pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan kuesioner. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa secara parsial rotasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Mutasi kerja secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dan rotasi kerja dan mutasi kerja secara simultan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan
