21000m3乙烯（LEG）运输船结构设计

在原22000m3LPG船的基础上,进行了全面的优化设计,研发设计了满足最新规范规则要求的新一代21000m3LEG（液化乙烯）运输船.从结构设计着手,以21000m3LEG船为主要研究对象,从结构布置、规范校核、建造工艺等多方面进行了研究.对液化气船（C型舱）结构设计需要考虑的几个重点方面作出论述：船体梁结构强度计算校核,确定船体梁剖面模数;有限元直接强度计算,评估构件强度、疲劳寿命;全船振动分析和局部振动分析,确保船员的居住舒适性和船体构件的稳定可靠性;液化气船特有的船体结构温度场分析,得到温度分布并确定钢材级别等.对全船结构进行了大量优化改进工作,解决了设计中碰到的难点.推出一个优秀的设计方案,使该船结构更可靠,加工建造更为便利,提升了该船的市场竞争力.

Calculating the Marine Gravity Anomaly of the South China Sea based on the Inverse Stokes Formula

Marine gravity field information has a great significance for the resource, environment and military affairs. As a new way to get marine gravity data, the satellite altimetry technique makes up for what ship measuring means lack. The paper carries out the researches on how altimeter data applied for calculating marine gravity anomaly based on inverse Stokes formula. In the article, the editing of 14-track Jason-1 data over South China Sea for 7 years is for collinear processing and cross-point adjustment. The inverse Stokes formula and fast Flourier transform technique are applied to calculate marine gravity anomaly of the region (0°∼23°N, 103°∼120°E), and to draw gravity anomaly map. Compared with the gravity anomaly by ship observation, RMS is 12.6mGal, and single altimetry satellite has a good precision.

Energy efficient communication networks design for demand response in smart grid

The convergence of electrical power control systems and communication techniques enables the intelligence over current and future power grid system which evolves to the smart grid. Demand response (DR) is considered as a killer application for so-called smart grid. Real-time DR control relies on efficient and reliable communication services. In this paper, the impact of packet losses during communication on DR control has been investigated, using the control strategy in [1]. Then, an analytical model for quantifying the performance of packet loss and energy consumption for transmission in a clustering-based multi-hop wireless communication network has been established. Finally, how to improve the design of wireless communication networks is proposed to satisfy the DR control requirements and to minimize the energy consumption for communications.

Research on the Control of AFE Converter

In this paper, a strategy of AFE converter based on direct power control is presented. The AFE converter possesses the merit of sinusoidal current on grid-side, controllable power factor and constant DC voltage, meanwhile, power feedback to the grid can be realized. Firstly, a power control mathematical model of AFE converter in two-phase synchronous rotating coordinate is built, on this basis, adopts the square of voltage control in the outer control loop and limits the slope of the setting voltage to improve the starting performance; then uses power feedforward decoupling control in inner control loop , combines with the instantaneous power theory and uses space vector control algorithm to replace the switch table to solve the problem that switching frequency is not fixed in traditional direct power control. Ultimately realizes the independent control of active and reactive power without decoupling. The experimental results verify the correctness and validity of the proposed control strategy.

影响滁州市中小学“体育、艺术2＋1项目”体育类项目实施因素的分析

为了更好的推动体育和美育的改革，促进学生“德、智、体、美、劳”的全面发展，教育部实施和落实了“体育与艺术2＋1”项目。其宗旨是帮助学生更好的掌握艺术技能和体育技能。本文采用数理统计法、问卷调查法和文献资料法，对滁州市实施中小学“体育、艺术2＋1项目”体育类项目的影响因素进行分析。结果显示：有四个方面的因素影响到“体育、艺术2＋1项目”的实施。同时各个因素之间又呈现递进和影响的关系。希望通过本文的研究，对“体育与艺术2＋1”项目工程的有效实施，提供理论依据和有价值的参考。
