Objective To observe Clinical efficacy of edaravone on the treatment of The Basal Ganglia cerebral hemorrhage.Methods Sixty cases with the Basal Ganglia cerebral hemorrhage were randomly selected and assigned to treatment group and control group.Edaravone was added to treat on the patients of treatment group respectively.Results The treatment is good at the Basal Ganglia cerebra.Conclusion The treatment group was better than the control group at the hemodialysis.
This paper develops the program based on Auto-Lisp language. The program can be utilized to draw component lines automatically on the shell expansion plan and to draw shell seam lines on the hull frame plan and fairing revision of component lines and seam lines.
Calculation and analysis are carried out about a 300 ft jack-up rig dealing with normal operating, storm survival and towing conditions. A method simulating the wind, wave and current loads has been outlined in this article, which also includes the dynamic response and p-delta effects. The hull is simulated as a plan grillage composed of beam element. Member releases are utilized to simulate the load transfer between the legs and the leg well structures. The member strength, rack chock capacity, preload and spudcan bearing capacity and stability are all checked.
Objective To analyze survival condition of patients with digestive cancer and explore the influence of various factors to patients' survival time.The results will provide powerful evidence to prevent and recover from digestive cancer,prolong survival time and improve survival rate of patients.Methods 278 patients with digestive cancer received service of hospice from 2007 to 2009 were taken part in following up investigation and retrospective analysis.The median survival time and survival rate were calculated and the relationships among various factors were explored.Results The median survival time of all the patients died of cancer was 11 months and the average survival time was 20.4 months.The accumulated survival rate of 1 year was 0.478±0.031 and the accumulated survival rate of 5 year was 0.079±0.018.The gender,age,doing or not doing operation and the time of pain appearing influenced survival time statistically.Conclusion The most important measures of prolonging survival time of patients with digestive cancer were early found,early diagnosed,efficient operation and positive multiple intervention.
A large number of landslides were triggered by the 5.12 Wenchuan earthquake and the 4.20 Lushan earthquake. The statistical results of field surveys indicate that the overall distribution pattern of the scale of earthquake-induced rockmass collapse and landslide changes with the earthquake intensity. This statistics-based result needs to be confirmed by performing laboratory physical experiments. Based on the framework of self-organized criticality(SOC) theory, shaking table tests of sandpile model under seismic excitations was conducted. The results show that for peak ground acceleration(PGA) in the range of 0.075g-0.125 g, the relation between the amount and cumulative frequency of sand follows a negative power law; for PGA between 0.15 g and 0.25 g, the relation obeys a lognormal distribution; for PGA between 0.35 g and 0.45 g, the relation turns to obey a normal distribution. Data from the cellular automata numerical simulation demonstrate that, as the earthquake intensity increases, the dynamic behaviors of sandpile model exhibit a strong power-law first, then a weak power-law, and finally a normal distribution. It is suggested here that the above-revealed distribution laws may also apply to other areas. The new recognition will provide a scientific basis for the prediction of landslides triggered by earthquake.
