Objective To investigate early time kidney damage sensitive target on newborn with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy.Provides the theory basis newly for the early intervention.Methods I courtyard newborn hospital ward′s 65 example newborn with hypoxic-ischemic(hereafter refers to as HIE) take January,2005 to December,2007 as well as same time my courtyard obstetrics family background 38 healthy children as the object of study.Looks up hematuria β2 microballoons protein(β2-MG),urinatesal microballoons protein(α1-MG),urinates albumin(ALB).Results The experimental group and the comparison compare,urinate β2-MG.urinates α1-MG,ALB,blood β2-MG,elevates obviously,has the remarkable difference.Conclusion Urinates β2-MG,urinates α1-MG,ALB,blood β2-MC,is the HIE baby early time kidney damage sensitive target.HIE baby early time organism responded is light when already had the kidney harm,and the pathological change implicates the renal glomerulus and the tubulus renalis.
Grain is the staple food of the people and the important raw material of food and feed processing in China.It is very important for guaranteeing grain safety in China to improve the level of grain quality management.In this paper,the main problems of grain quality management in China were analyzed on the base of the major measurements of grain quality management in China's grain market.Detailed discussions were also presented on controlling strategies for the improvement of grain quality management so as to promote the grain quality management to a new level.
Combining the construction and practice of teaching in engineering training center of Xiamen University of Technology,a teaching system was introduced,which characterized by multi-level and different phases as well as the combination of inside and outside class training. The teaching system was composed by four levels: engineering technology and engineering culture cognizing,fundamental training,systematical training,and engineering innovation training,which correspondingly lets student learn the engineering knowledge and experience the engineering culture,cultivates students basic engineering skill,engineering practice capacity and comprehensive innovation abilities. It was conducted by forms like engineering training course,professional skill training and qualification activity,and academic competitions and so on,as well as carrying out the laboratory opening operational mechanism. The practice of the teaching system get good teaching effect. The research will give some references to the similar project.
Designed is a vehicle, driven by gravitational potential energy and autonomously controlled in direction. And the vehicle is capable of moving in an 8 way and automatically avoiding the obstacles on the way. The groove cam mechanism was applied and has been designed for precise turning of the vehicle.The result of simulation and experiment of manufactured vehicle shows that the vehicle is capable of precisely running in an 8 way. The study provides valuable reference for carbon-free vehicle research and is related to the application of the study concerning mechanisms.
Rhizomucor miehei lipase(RML) is an important microbial lipase with a wide range of industrial applications. The effect of hydrogen peroxide(H2O2) on RML expression in A. oryzae transformant ONL1 was explored in this study. The results of quantitative fluorescence polymerase chain reaction(QF-PCR) and sodium dodecyl sulfate polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis(SDS-PAGE) indicated that the RML activity of the cultivated A. oryzae ONL1 transformants was increased by five-fold after treatment with 10 mM H2O2 for two hours. The H2O2 treatment did not appear to affect the translation of RML mR NA, with the elevated expression of RML being attributed to the H2O2 regulation of RML transcription. Therefore, hydrogen peroxide might regulate melO promoter-controlled heterologous gene expression at the transcriptional level. Because of the highly volatile nature of H2O2, a prolonged cultivation time led to a lower effect on RML activity. High RML activity within a short cultivation time could be achieved by the continuous addition of H2O2 in the to maintain the concentration of 10 mM in culture medium. The results of the RML activity assay and QF-PCR analysis highlighted the following strategies for the regulation of melO promoter-controlled RML expression in A. oryzae: codon optimization of RML gene sequence, signal peptide optimization, and repeated batch culture.
