Objective:Application of velocity vector technology(VVI)quantitative analysis the strain gradient of left ventricular subendocardial myocardial(endo),midmyocardium(myo),subepicardium(epi)in health adults and patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy.Method:Thirty-eight healthy adults and twelve HCM patients were enrolled in this study.Application of VVI automatic analysis software,we calculated radial strain(RS)and all three layers′longitudinal strain(LS)in apical 4-chamber view,RS and three layers′circumferential strain(CS) in short-axis view at the level of papillary muscle,and the corresponding strain rate(SR),strain gradient.Result: The LS and CS of endo-,mid-wall,and epimyocardium(LSendo,LSmyo,LSepi;CSendo,CSmyo,CSepi)both decreased gradually in healthy subjects and HCM patients,the corresponding longitudinal and circumferential SR also had this characteristic.The strain gradient difference of the three layers(LSendo-epi,CSendo-epi,LSendomyo,CSendo-myo,LSmyo-epi,CSmyo-epi)between two subjects had no statistics significance.The LS of endo-, mid-wall,epimyocardium and their mean value(LSmean)in healthy subjects were higher than those in HCM patients.The ejection fraction(EF)in healthy subjects had a significant linear correlation with the RS,LSendo, LSmyo in apical 4-chamber view and RS,CSmyo in short-axis view at the level of papillary muscle.Conclusion: There is a certain pattern in LS and CS gradient,which is inner strainmid-wallouter strain,and there is no apparent difference between healthy subjects and HCM patients.Each layer myocardial LS and LSmean in healthy adults were all greater than those in HCM patients.The EF in healthy adults but not in HCM patients had a positive correlation with RS,LSendo,LSmyo and CSmyo.

Through the study of university physical education curriculum theory and combining with our school's physical education actual instead,this paper puts forward the construction of college sports curriculum construction in order to make similar reform of university sports curriculum practice in the country for demonstration and promotion.
The laboratory accelerated aging tests of the polyurethane were carried out. The mechanical properties of the aging polyurethane were measured. The rule of elongation at break and aging time was studied. The service life prediction functions of polyurethane were established and service life at 25 ℃ were estimated basing on the index of elongation at break. The result showed that mathematic relation of elongation at break and aging time followed E = 626exp(- kt0. 78),and the predicted service life of polyurethane was 18. 17 a at 25 ℃.
An analytical method using inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectroscopy( ICP-AES) for the rapid and accurate determination of Si,Fe,Mn,Mg in sponge titanium was investigated. Samples were decomposed with HF and HNO3.The instrument equipped with a nebulizer and a torch made from HF resisting material was used for the direct determination,which made the pretreatment more convenient and with less interference. The Ti matrix effect on nebulization for Si,Fe,Mn,Mg could be effectively eliminated by using Ti matrix matching,which made the results more accurate. The detection limits of the method were in the range of 0. 3-6. 2 mg / L; the relative standard deviations were in the range of 1. 0%-3. 0% and the recoveries of the standard samples were in the range of 95. 5%-110. 0% for the determination of Si,Fe,Mn,Mg.
Based on the combination of experiments and numerical simulations,the plastic properties of a 91%(mass fraction,the same below)refined particle tungsten alloy were investigated.The results show that refined tungsten alloy has a strain rate effect and the yield strength increases with the increase of strain rate.The temperature effect,size effect and crystal orientation effect appear obviously in the nano-tungsten alloy materials.By comparing the numerical results and the experimental results,the conclusion obtained is two methods are in good agreement.The accurateness of this molecular dynamic simulation and the reliability of the fitted power law formula at high strain rate state are proved.
Objective: To assess the quality of adverse drug reaction reports quantitatively in 12 cities of Jiangxi.Methods: The improved Delphi( Delphi) was used to establish an index system for evaluation the quality of adverse drug reactions,and the principal components analysis was used to evaluation quantitatily of adverse drug reaction reporting quality in the 12 cities in Jiangxi.Results: The evaluation index system consist of seven indicators: average number reported per millions people,proportion of newly reports,serious reports and medical institutions reports; timely evaluation rate,negative balance degree; and their common degree is 0. 668- 0. 868. The H city'Z1reach to 1. 36043 that its quality of adverse drug reaction reporting is the best in 12 cities. The Eigen values of the first three principal components are all greater than 1 and the contribution rate of the first principal component is 31. 331%,while components cumulative contribution of the first three principal rate is 75. 94%.Conclusion: We can obtain relatively ideal,reasonable scores by using principal component to analysis quality of adverse drug reactions reporting,and this way shows certain robustness and reliability.
In this study,an configuration method for optimizing service elements considering customer-perceived utility is proposed to solve the service elements configuration in service design.In this method,firstly,the weights of service items are calculated using the HoQ method from the QFD theory.Then,according to the identified service items and service elements,the aspiration level for each service item and the demand satisfaction degree for each service element are obtained by questionnaires among customers.Furthermore,the psychological perception of elation and disappointment of the customer is described based on the disappointment theory and the customer-perceived utility is calculated.Moreover,the optimal service elements configuration alternative is determined by establishing and solving the optimization model.Finally,an example of the airline cabin service design is used to justify the proposed method.
