The research aims to help the development of business center as an entrepreneurship laboratory for vocational students in order to increase the number of young entrepreneurs in Indonesia. This study is also to find out how the implementation of the existing Business Center program in SMK Banyumas District viewed from the aspects of learning, economics, organizational, and capital. Research method used qualitative method and techniques of collecting data used observation and interview. The place of research is in Vocational School 1 Purwokerto and Vocational School 2 Purwokerto. The sampling technique was purposive sampling technique. Validity of data in this research used data triangulation.The result of the research shows that the learning aspect of the implementation of the business center is effective because it becomes the student training center. Economic aspect of the business center is effective to carry out the activities of selling goods, goods production and service, business because it is supported by qualified human resources and internal audits conducted regularly. The aspect of the capital of the business center can be managed effectively.
The availability of electronic financial applications circulating in the community can help improve the management of micro, small and medium business entrepreneurs towards the era of industrial revolution 4.0. The lack of available funds, knowledge, availability and reliability of information systems is an obstacle for small and medium enterprises around Jenderal Soedirman University. Based on this phenomenon, this study targets the establishment of electronic financial applications that have local wisdom. This research method uses a software engineering paradigm. Process models for software engineering are selected based on the nature of applications and projects, methods and tools used, controls and delivery needed. The results of the study show that small and medium micro enterprises around Jenderal Soedirman University are in dire need of electronic financial applications related to warehouses, cashiers, and managers. This study identifies Brazil as the leading country in global publication frequency, followed by Indonesia in third place. The Proceedings of the European Conference on Innovation and Entrepreneurship (ECIE) is the most significant publication source, contributing three articles. The analysis spans from 2004, marking its initiation, to 2024, which records the highest annual scientific output with ten publications. The peak in average annual citations occurred in 2018, reflecting the impact of prior works. The findings highlight critical gaps in the existing literature and provide strategic guidance for future research. Motor themes, including sustainability, sustainable development, climate change, innovation, technology adoption, and business development, exhibit high levels of development (density) and relevance (centrality). These themes underscore the alignment of contemporary research with pressing global challenges, emphasizing their importance in addressing current and emerging discourses. This study contributes to the academic community by mapping research trends and identifying themes that warrant further exploration. By focusing on these highly relevant areas, future research can advance knowledge and address global challenges more effectively, fostering innovation and sustainable development.
Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) have a very vital role and even become the backbone of Indonesia's economy.In the regional economy theory, SMEs can create more employment.There are a lot of research on the perception of technology adoption by testing the effect of the perceived ease of use and the perceived usefulness on the attitude towards using.In general, the research conducted on information technology while the research that reviews the technology adoption by Batik SMEs is still rarely conducted, especially the digital finance product adoption by Batik SMEs in Banyumas where the research results will reflect the description of the factors affecting the digital finance adoption of the Batik SMEs in Banyumas.
This paper discusses the performance of the K-Nearest Neighbor Algorithm with dimension reduction using Principal Component Analysis (PCA) in the case of diabetes disease classification. A large number of variables and data on the diabetes dataset requires a relatively long computation time, so dimensional reduction is needed to speed up the computational process. The dimension reduction method used in this study is PCA. After dimension reduction is done, it is continued with classification using the K-Nearest Neighbor Algorithm. The results on diabetes case studies show that dimension reduction using PCA produces 3 main components of the 8 variables in the original data, namely PC1, PC2, and PC3. Then classification result using K-Nearest Neighbor shows that by choosing 3 closest neighbor parameters (K), for K = 3, K = 5, and K = 7. The result for K = 3 has an accuracy of 67,53%, for K = 5 had an accuracy is 72,72%, and for K=7 had an accuracy of 77,92%. Thus, it was concluded that the best accuracy performance for the classification of diabetes was achieved at K=7 with an accuracy of 77.92%.
The problem regarding archives that are often experienced when preparing for study program accreditation is that many documents cannot be recovered, so they have to create new documents to replace lost documents. These problems are always repeated so that the accreditation committee has to lose a lot of time to make documents that should already exist. Previous research has succeeded in producing a description of the needs that support the archival system to be built and creating an archival system design that can guarantee the availability of information for study programs and departments related to data that supports accreditation. Next stage of research is the stage of developing an archive management system. This research was conducted at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Jenderal Sudirman University. Research and development adapt the Borg & Gall model and prototype model in software development. The software development method begins with requirements analysis, development design, flowchart design, implementation, and testing. As a result, an accreditation information system website was developed based on the Study Program Accreditation Instrument, which consists of nine university accreditation standards. Pendidikan dan UMKM merupakan dua hal yang tidak dapat dipisahkan. Hasil pembelajaran yang di dapatkan dari pendidikan dapat bermanfaat bagi keberlangsungan UMKM dalam pengelolaan usaha seperti komunikasi, keuangan, dan pemasaran. UMKM sebagai usaha yang memiliki banyak kontribusi dalam perekonomi Indonesia namun masih menyimpan permasalahan yang menyebabkan UMKM tidak berhasil. Permasalahan pengelolaan usaha seperti aspek pemasaran dan pembuatan laporan keuangan yang masih sederhana serta kemampuan Sumber Daya Manusia yang masih rendah karena tingkat pendidikan yang masih rendah pula menjadi salah satu penyebabnya. Pendidikan dengan UMKM menjadi hal yang tidak bisa dihindarkan. Pendidikan merupakan proses pembelajaran yang mencetak Sumber Daya Manusia berkualitas dengan kemampuan dan pengalaman yang dibutuhkan dalam kegiatan operasional UMKM. Pendidikan mengajarkan pengetahuan yang selama ini menjadi permasalahan dalam kegagalan UMKM seperti pembuatan laporan keuangan, teknik pemasaran dan emosional. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada UD KURNIA yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pendidikan terhadap kinerja UMKM. Apakah mempunyai pengaruh yang besar atau tidak terhadap kinerja UMKM dalam pengelolaan ushanya. Indikator penilaian kinerja dalam metode ini dinilai dari segi pembuatan laporan keuangan, pemasaran usaha dan produktivitas karyawan. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif sifatnya memberikan gambaran yang mendetail tentang latar belakang, sifat-sifat serta karakteristik yang khas dari subjek penelitian. Hasil dan kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah pendidikan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja UD KURNIA dengan penyediaan laporan keuangan yang masih sangat sederhana, pemasaran yang belum efektif pada karyawan karena terhambat oleh kemampuan komunikasi yang dimilikinya serta kinerja karyawan yang belum maksimal karena sistem pengendalian yang masih rendah.
The purpose of this community service activity is to help the cattle rancher group Margo Mulyo in increasing the value of its products so that the group's income and prosperity increase. Specifically, the main objectives of this training, namely (1) Increasing the value of products that have been produced, (2) Increasing the attractiveness of the product, (3) Increasing the level of product sales, (4) Improving the ability of group administration and financial records. The stages in this service activity include the planning phase and the implementation phase. The stages of planning are meeting with partners, identifying problems, coordinating with experts/resource persons and arranging schedules for the implementation of training. The implementation phase consists of Branding and Packaging training, product photo training using the Snapseed application, e-commerce training, marketing assistance through e-commerce, and financial administration and records training. Output targets are partners having attractive product photos to market, more attractive product packaging, having brands that are of interest in buying, partners can market products online, and partners having administrative books and cash books as needed. Partners feel that this training is very effective because it is easy to apply and under the technology they need.
