Su Shi(1037-1101) was twice relegated and exiled to Hangzhou in his political career.Frustrated as he was,he persisted in doing things for the local people and accomplishing his own moral cultivation through his administrative practice,thereby realizing his political ideals.An active optimist,he took to sightseeing,composing poems and making friends with monks,and achieved the perfect union between the natural and the human environments of Hangzhou.Such a life philosophy of his,characterized by great vitality,overflowed humor,open-mindedness and self-contentment,was derived from his adherence to Confucianism as well as his incorporation of Buddhism.The determination to participate in social activities and the broad-mindedness in standing aloof from worldly affairs constituted the dual nature of his life,which manifested his true respect for individual lives and showed a cultural disposition that can be acquired.
The comprehensive implementation of public library’s free open is a milestone for the development of China’s librarianship. Taking Guangzhou Children’s Library as an example, this paper expounds some problems existing in public library after the implementation of free open, and puts forward some ideas for solving these problems.

This paper introduces the distributed network architecture into the control system of dredger,and then improves the performance of its real-time communication system,reliability and anti-interference ability. Further, OPC service is adopted to design the monitoring system on web,so as to achieve convenient operating system, improve the maintenance and management performance of the system,and reduce maintenance costs.
The National Scenic Resorts are the scenic sites of natural beauty publicly announced by the State Council of China during 1980s.In 2005,the Chinese National Geography magazine picked up a list of scenic sites as Scenic Splendor of China based on voting from its readers and invited experts.However,most of the National Scenic Resorts are not on the list.These officially approved scenic resorts are no longer the best representatives of the natural,historical and cultural sites of China in Chinese people.The paper analyzes the reasons behind this disaccord from the views of geographic distribution,history and today's social and economic status of the National Scenic Resorts.The paper also proposes specific and constructive suggestions for the National Scenic Resorts on the development of tourism in the future.

The first domestic 1e6rad(Si) total dose hardened 1.2μm partially depleted silicon-on-insulator (PDSOI) 64k SRAM fabricated in SIMOX is demonstrated.The address access time is independent of temperature from -55 to 125℃ and independent of radiation up to 1e6rad(Si) for the supply voltage VDD.The standby current is 0.65μA before the total dose of radiation and is only 0.80mA after radiation exposure,which is much better than the specified 10mA.The operating power supply current is 33.0mA before and only 38.1mA afterward,which is much better than the specified 100mA.
