Fengshang International Apartment is the first case of advanced apartment buildings in China that largely adopts healthy building technology of high comfort and low energy consumption in design and construction.Low temperature ceiling heating system and fresh air replacement system were developed for this project.And the main matching technologies are dry-layed face brick curtain wall with external heat insulation system of composite polyphenyl wall,roof and underground heat insulation system as well as sun shading system while the auxiliary matching technologies include soundproofing system,central dust collection and waste disposal,water treatment and construction intellectual system.The application of above-mentioned technologies reduced energy consumption greatly,and provided a healthy and comfortable living environment though traditional air conditioning and heating system was not used.
Energy development is an important factor for the national sustainable scientific development,as the large energy users,thermal power plant makes contribution to the process of national sustainable scientific development,but also brought the serious pollution problems.It will take the necessary measures to energy efficiency.
