Village land readjustment is an important element of land readjustment,one of the keys to it is the calculation of the potentiality.Scholars conducted extensive explorations and found that the calculation methods of potentiality of village land readjustment presents four modernizationsdevelopment characteristics based on analyzing and summarizing a variety of new calculation methods and ideas they proposed.And the thinking of procedural calculate process was put forward in this paper,which may serve as a reference to the village land readjustment to improve the efficiency and enhance the maneuverability.
