Pre-operative detection of corticotropin (ACTH) secreting microadenomas causing Cushing's disease (CD) improves surgical outcomes. Current best magnetic resonance imaging fails to detect up to 40% of these microadenomas.
Objective The hypothalamus-pituitary-gonadal axis dysfunction model of rats was established by injecting of exogenous estrogen and progesterone, and observe the effects of Honghua Ruyi Pill on the concentration of Estradiol(E2),Progesterone(P)and Prolactin(PRL) in this model.Method Totally 70 female Wistar rats were divided into seven groups randomly, normal group, model group,Honghua Ruyi Pill high,medium,low-dose group(0.156g/kg,0.469g/kg,1.407g/kg),Tamoxifen group and Cinnamon twig and Poria capsule group, with 10 rats in each group. All rats injected with estradiol and progesterone to induce the model of high estradiol and progesterone in addition to the normal group, rats were also gavage modeling. To give the rats corresponding dose 30 days by intragastric administration with the Cinnamon twig and Poria capsules suspension 0.326g/kg,Honghua Ruyi Pill 0.156g/kg,0.469g/kg,1.407g/kg and Tamoxifen 0.005g/kg,control group and model group to the same volume of saline.24h after the last administration, the concentrations of Estradiol(E2),Progesterone(P) and Prolactin(PRL) were examined in serum rats by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Results Compared with normal group, the concentration of estradiol(E2) and Prolactin(PRL) increased significantly(P0.01).The concentration of Prolactin(PRL) in Honghua Ruyi Pill group(0.469g/kg,1.407g/kg) and Cinnamon twig and Poria capsule group were obviously lower than that in model group(P0.01,P0.05).Honghua Ruyi Pill(0.469g/kg)could increase markedly the concentration of progesterone(P)(P0.05)and Honghua Ruyi Pill(1.407g/kg)could reduce the concentration of estradiol(E2)(P0.01).Conclusion Honghua Ruyi Pill can regulate prolactin, progesterone, estradiol hormone levels.
The Society for Simulation in Healthcare (SSH) as the world's largest and most authori-tative Medical Simulation Education Association, accept the application for certification in 4 fields, includ-ing assessment, research, education and system integration. This paper introduces the core standards that need to be followed in applying for certification, and the respective standards of the above 4 fields. Further-more, in order to promote the development of medical simulation education in China, this paper points out the possible problems that may be faced in the future.

To some extent, “The Provisions of the Supreme People's Court on Issuing Guiding Cases” has solved the embarrassment of guiding cases in China, which is caused by the lack of both community consensus and institutional authority. Judicial precedents in civil law countries also encounter the problems of persuasion and sanction, but are resolved by a combination of the precedents' rationality and the power of the judiciary as an institution. Similarly, the effectiveness of guiding cases in China also stems from the same two factors, but guiding cases have three differences from the judicial precedents of civil law countries. These differences are closely related to the three contradictions arising from the establishment and development of guiding cases in China. Nonetheless, China's guiding cases are required by the trend of the times and in order to fully constitute the Chinese legal system. Guiding cases will succeed to the extent that they help realize social communication and consensus. In particular, China should rely on guiding cases to adhere to the rule of law, maintain unity and harmony of the legal system in promoting social harmony, and provide justification and public citation when establishing and using guiding cases.
Organizational social network research in the past two decades is marked by an effort in integrating the psychological and network perspective. However, this trend over relies on a rational model of agency that sees people as purposive agents who actively seek for network -related advantage, restraining the conceptualization of “individuals” in network research. We theorize “interpretive agency” as the neglected side of agency and explore whether it addresses some long-standing puzzle in network literature: how people form brokerage that harms. Stressing that subjective experience and interpretation shape social action, interpretive agency can be captured in two information processing orientations that create stable and systematic variations in immediate intrapsychic experience and habitual interpretation of social relations: sensory processing sensitivity and ranking schema. In two empirical studies, we first show that the supposedly advantageous brokerage can be experienced as detrimental to performance for highly sensitive individuals. Moreover, we demonstrate that the interpretation tuned by sensitivity and ranking schema explains the formation of brokerage - regardless of the actual impact of brokerage. Not merely a means to structural advantage, brokerage can indeed be experienced and interpreted as an end that eventually generates undesirable or unintended outcome.
Compulsory demolition is one of main causes of society's paradox these years. The root reason lies in that the housing demolition regulations is concerned with violating constitution and laws. It's suggested that current urban housing demolition regulations be abolished, and National People's Congress formulate Demolition Law of PRC,differentiate commonweal demolition and commercial demolition, and define concept, contents of compulsory demolition as well as design practical demolition procedures.
