Objective To analyze the distribution of allergens in patients with allergic rhinitis and related risk factors in Hainan area. Methods Ig E and allergen specific Ig E antibody in 196 patients with allergic rhinitis and 68 cases of controls admitted to Hainan branch of Chinese PLA General Hospital from October 2013 to October 2014 were collected and tested by Western Blot. Questionnaire survey was conducted in 196 cases and 204 controls, then multi-factor logistic regression analysis was used to investigate 12 possible related factors of allergic rhinitis. Results The total Ig E of 196 allergic rhinitis patients were all positive, in which, the allergen specific Ig E antibody of dust mites showed the highest positive rate(59.69%), and fish was the main allergens(positive rate 17.35%), while in 68 cases of controls, only 2 cases showed positive allergens(fish). Family history, history of allergies and asthma were main risk factors for allergic rhinitis. Keeping windows open and rooms clean were protective factors for allergic rhinitis. Conclusion In Hainan area, the main allergens of allergic rhinitis is house dust mites with risk factors including family history, history of allergies, etc. Patients show a trend of younger age, while it has nothing to do with the season.
In high voltage distribution network system, combining with the sensitive load characteristics, this paper introduces risk of voltage sag as stability considerations object. It selects STATCOM device to function as a dynamic reactive power compensation and researches transient voltage stability. Single objective function model of reactive power optimization is put forward, which quantitatively adds the loss of voltage sag, the line active loss and cost of dynamic reactive power compensation devices. Here we calculate the multiple sets of the total cost corresponding to reactive power capacity. Finally, the fitting curve of cost and capacity is given by using MATLAB software to seek the corresponding optimal solution in some area of Guangdong power grid and the result shows that it not only improves the safety and reliability of the power system but also greatly reduces the economic cost.
Abstract An innovative irregular array configuration optimization method for enhancing beamforming is introduced. This study presents partition coding to optimize sensor positioning and quantity of a non-uniform concentric circular array. This novel approach transcends traditional techniques by integrating structural partitioning and performance optimization to quantify the array’s geometry-performance correlation. Sensor candidate positions are mapped in polar coordinates, with each configuration translated into a sensor position matrix form. A significant innovation lies in the adaptation of the partition coding genetic algorithm to enhance the encoding of candidate positions and to refine crossover and mutation operations, underpinned by an elite retention strategy for selecting the optimal array configuration. Both simulation and experimental results substantiate the method’s effectiveness, achieving high-resolution acoustic mapping with commendably low computational complexity.
With the development of modern technology,computing based on the computer program has become the main mode of engineering structural analysis. Curriculum content of the structural mechanics,as the most important professional basic course of the civil engineering,should be reduced or added according to the corresponding needs of professional development. Mechanical engineering case and calculation program should be introduced to practical teaching strategies.
In our country,there are some problems of teachers' construction,education qualification,teaching staff structure which exists in teachers' equilibrium configuration of primary and secondary schools in the urban and rural areas. Factors influencing and restricting teachers' equilibrium configuration of primary and secondary schools in the urban and rural areas mainly include: the gap between economics and treatment,policy guidance deviation,lacking of management,the constraints of cultural concept,the difference of working and living conditions and the unequal opportunity of teachers' professional development. It is beneficial to the education departments at the county to understand the current situation of the development of local teachers through making a system analysis of these factors. Analysis of these factors is also beneficial to provide advice and reference for the development of the teachers' management policy and promoting teachers' equilibrium.

Objective: As there is growing evidence outlining varying degrees of social, economic and cultural changes among minority groups in China, there was a need to undertake research to determine whether modernization and urbanization of China has had an impact on the mental health of individuals from minority groups. In 1979, the Jino ethnic minority group was the last minority group to be designated a minority by the Chinese Central Government. As a direct result of the Chinese Government intervention, the Jino society began transitioning from a traditional rural lifestyle existence to that of a more modern urban lifestyle. Our objective was to explore whether changing social and economic influences had impacted the mental health of the Jino people. Methods: A longitudinal study over three decades was undertaken to determine the mental health of the Jino People. Results: From our initial study in 1979 and subsequent follow-up studies in 1989, 1999 and 2009, there were no significant changes found for 1-month prevalence, lifetime prevalence and prognosis for schizophrenia and mental retardation among the Jino population researched. For major depressive disorders, there were significant differences, suggesting a rising trend not only in 1-month prevalence but also in lifetime prevalence. We found significant differences had occurred over the three decades for alcohol abuse, alcohol dependence and Korsakov’s psychosis. At the same time, the annual suicide incidence had increased at least three times in 2009 compared to that of 1989. Conclusion: Results from our three-decade longitudinal repeated cross-sectional survey show that due to rapid social, economic and cultural changes among the Jino people, serious social and mental health problems such as alcohol-related disorder, suicide and major depressive disorders have increased.

With the overall implementation of land consolidation work in China,limited land resource was efficiently protected and utilized in certain degree,great achievements were obtained in the study of land consolidation,which played a significant role in protecting national food security,and produced many problems demanding prompt solution.The research status was reviewed from aspects of principle,potentiality,mode,engineering technology,laws and regulations and comprehensive evaluation of land consolidation during 2009-2013,and existing problems were pointed out,and the future study was proposed as well.
