This paper introduces the demand and present employment situation of E-commence talents, analyzes the problems existing in the cultivation of professional talents of E-commence, and probes into some countermeasures for the cultivation of the professional talents of E-commence.
Objective To investigate the efficacy and security of amiodarone vs steady heart pellet in treating unstable angina associated with ventricular arrhythmias.Methods 76 cases of unstable angina patients associated with ventricular arrhythmias were selected as the study object and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,each with 38cases.Both groups were given routine treatment.The observation group was treated with steady heart pellet while the control group used amiodarone.Results After a course of treatment,the observation group was less frequent in terms of the times of angina occurrence and myocardial ischemia occurrence within 24h than the control group.The cumulated dose of nitroglycerin of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P0.05).The occurrence rate of premature ventricular contractions and VF of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group(P0.05).The occurrence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P0.05).Conclusion Compared with amiodarone,steady heart pellet can obviously reduce the occurrence of unstable angina and part of ventricular arrhythmias and has higher security.It is deserved to be promoted widely in the clinical treatment.
Objective To improve service quality and establish a harmonious hospital by establishing a web-based platform on employee satisfaction in hospital. Methods A software for investigation on satisfaction among the hospital staff was designed,the investigation was carried out monthly,the data were analyzed and the problems were improved. Results The employee satisfaction was implemented paperless,which collected the problems,helped to improve and follow up,so as to solve the problems in time. The problems raised by the staff were gradually reduced and the satisfaction was improved. Conclusions Paperless satisfaction survey is simple and direct-viewing,which collects large amount of samples and outlines the problems for improvement. It is helpful for communication between staff and cooperation between departments,which is good to improve management and service.
The antimicrobial substances of Antarctic psychrotrophic bacterium Pseudomonas sp. P4-11 were studied in this paper. The results of study on temperature and pH stability of bioactive substances of fermented culture showed that it had better stability at the range of 30~60℃ and pH 6~10. By bioassay-guided, two antimicrobial substances(T2-20-7-11-5and T2-20-7-11-7) were isolated by ethyl acetate extraction, silica gel column chromatograph and HPLC. The structure of T2-20-7-11-5 and T2-20-7-11-7 were both identified as nonylphenol ethoxylates. The effect of T2-20-7-11-5 on the ultrastructure of Fusarium oxysporum spore was observed by scanning electron microscope(SEM). The compound might have a major role in the cell wall or cell membrane, causing leakage of cell contents and consequently resulting in spore's death.

[Objective]To give the reviewable analysis to 22 cases of subcutaneous nodules of Paragonimiasis met in the biopsy in Ankang district in recent years and remind the clinical doctors of learning more about the types of subcutaneous nod-ules of paragonimiasis.[Methods]The materials of 22 cases of patients who was diagnosed as“subcutaneous nodules of parag-onimiasis”by the pathological department of 3 hospitals in Ankang district were analyzed by using the study of pathology and epidemiology.[Results]22 cases of patients who were mostly children in school age were from 8 counties in Ankang district.They had ever eaten crabs or drunk unboiled water in the brook nearby.The type of Paragonimiasis was likely to be Pagumogo-nimus skrjabini.[Conclusion]The type of the popular Paragonimiasis in Ankang district is mainly pagumognimus skrjabini.It's of value to give biopsy to subcutaneous nodules when diagnosing pagumogonimus skrjabini.

OBJECTIVE To study the risk factors of surgical wound infections in operating rooms,develop the corresponding through intervention measures so as to reduce the incidence of infections.METHODS A retrospective analysis was carried out for 596 patients who accepted the surgical treatment enrolled in the hospital from Jan 2009 to Jan 2013.The risk factors of surgical wound infections in operating rooms were studied through the univariate analysis and the multivariate logisticregress analysis,the model screening was performed with the use of Stepwise methold.RESULTS 12 cases of 596patients had infections in the operation with an infection rate of 2.0%;the univariate analysis showed that the risk factors of nosocomial infections were the advanced age(50years old),complication of trauma and basic diseases,emergency surgery,long operation duration(4h),infected lesions,and long length of stay(15d),etc.;the multivariate analysis further revealed that,the risks in a descending order were respectively the infected lesions(OR=3.475),complication of trauma and basic diseases(OR=3.187),emergency surgery(OR=2.976),long operation duration(OR=2.418),age(OR=2.065)and long length of stay(OR=1.871).CONCLUSIONThe surgical incision infections in the operating rooms are closely related to a number of factors.The corresponding intervention measures such as strict aseptic operation,active treatment of the primary diseases should be taken in clinicsto,so as to effectively control the infections.
This paper reaches several conclusions from fi eld questionnaire on career concern and readiness with undergraduate students, including signifi cant gap of their views on career concern for students who study at different grades, and the tendency of overlooking senior year classes for career readiness the career concept with higher grade and tend to do things by irregular ways. We suggest a new model which combines post-college career advising with senior year professional education design, which will assist the senior students for their career readiness at early stage, and help students for their psychological pressure release with future recruit process.
