[Study on Chemical Constituents of Delphinium caeruleum].

To study the chemical constituents from the whole plant of Delphinium caeruleum.The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography. The structures of the isolated compounds were elucidated by spectroscopic analysis and physicochemical properties.Twelve compounds were isolated and purified from the ethanol extract of Delphinium caeruleum. They were identified as β-sitosterol( 1),kaempferol( 2),quercetin( 3),isovanillic acid( 4),apigenin( 5),luteolin( 6),8-methoxy-5,7,3’,4’-tetrahydroxy-flavone( 7),β-daucosterol( 8),kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucoside( 9),3,5-dihydroxy-4’-methoxyflavone-7-yl-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-( 1→4)-α-L-rhamnopyranoside( 10),rutin( 11) and sucrose( 12).Compounds 1 ~ 12 are isolated from this plant for the first time.

Preparation and Quality Evaluation of Gan Mai Dazao Oral Liquid

Objective: To improve the dosage form and evaluate the quality of Gan Mai Dazao decoction. Methods: Gan Mai Dazao Oral liquid was extracted by traditional decocting method, and the quality of Jujube and Liquor ice in oral liquid was examined by TLC. Results: Gan Mai Dazao Oral liquid was clarified and odorless, which accords with the requirements of Chinese pharmacopoeia of 2015 edition for oral liquid. The TLC results were clear, well separated, highly specific and negative without interference. Conclusion: In the study the quality of Gan Mai Dazao Oral liquid prepared conforms to the requirements of the oral liquid of the pharmacopoeia, and provides a basis for further developing Gan Mai Dazao decoction.

Natural products fragment-based design and synthesis of a novel pentacyclic ring system as potential MAPK Inhibitor

Abstract The synthesis of compounds based on fragments derived from natural products (NPs) serves as a source of inspiration for the design of pseudo-natural products (PNPs), to identify bioactive molecules that exhibit similar characteristics to NPs. These novel molecular scaffolds exhibit previously unexplored biological activities as well. This study reports the development and synthesis of a novel pentacyclic ring system, theindole-pyrimidine-quinoline (IPQ) scaffold. The design of this scaffoldwas based on the structural characteristics of four natural products, namelytryptanthrin, luotonin A, rutaecarpine, and camptothecin. Several successive steps accomplished the effective synthesis of the IPQ scaffold. The constituent componentsof the pentacycle, containingthe indole,quinazolinone, pyrimidone, and quinoline units, possess significant biological significance. Compound 1a demonstrated noteworthy anti-cancer efficacy against several human cancer cell lines among the tested compounds. The compound 1a was observed to elicit cell cycle arrest in both the G2/M and S phases, as well as trigger apoptosis in A549 cells. These effects were attributed to its ability to modulate the activation of mitochondrial-related mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) signaling pathways.

Design of Ventilator Test System Based on Active Servo Lung

Objective To design a ventilator test system based on active servo lung to overcome the shortcomings that the conventional ventilator test system was only able to achieve the testing of airway pressure,air flow and so on,but some important parameters,like the performance of ventilation under different air resistance and compliance could not be evaluated.Methods Cylinder piston simulating human lungs movement based on the human respiratory lumped parameter model was used in this system.This platform could simulate lung movements of different genders,ages,and disease conditions through setting different parameters in the model to achieve a comprehensive test of the respirator.Results After initiative tests,this system could simulate the lung movement under different air resistance and compliance,and also could realize the movement of suffocating autonomous respiration.Conclusion The ventilator test system based on active servo lung was able to provide a more comprehensive and reliable evaluation to respirator.

[Research on extraction of Zizyphus jujuba planting area in Jia county of Shaanxi].

With digital satellite remote sensing image data of GF-1,in 2018 the object-oriented classification method was used to extract Zizyphus jujuba planting area in Jia county of Shaanxi province. The results showed that the remote sensing classification method based on rule set could extract and reckon Z. jujube planting area in the study area effectively. The planting area of Z. jujube in Jia county was about 5. 34×104 hm2 and the area of consistent accuracy was 97. 92%. The method used in this study could provide a technical reference for the area extraction of the same type of medicinal materials. And it is of great significance to provide decision support for the protection and utilization of Z. jujube resources.

Fritaipaines A−J, Isosteroidal Alkaloids with Anti-Neuroinflammatory Activity from the Bulbs of Fritillaria taipaiensis

Ten new isosteroidal alkaloids, fritaipaines A−J ( 1− 10), and six known congeners ( 11− 16) were isolated from the bulbs of Fritillaria taipaiensis. The planar structure of these compounds as well as the absolute configuration, were fully elucidated based on spectroscopic and single-crystal X-ray diffraction data analysis and electronic circular dichroism (ECD) methods. Fritaipaines A ( 1) and B ( 2) are rare C 26 cevanine-type alkaloids having C-18 nor carbon skeleton. Fritaipaines C−F ( 3− 6) are the first examples of jervine-type alkaloids featuring an inversed E/F ring moiety. The characteristic 13C NMR data for judging E/F rings-inversion of jervine-type alkaloids were summarized. Compounds 5, 9, and 16 exhibited potent nitric oxide (NO) inhibitory activity in lipopolysaccharide (LPS) stimulated BV-2 cells with IC 50 values of 3.7, 10.3, and 6.9 μM, respectively. All compounds showed weak or no acetylcholinesterase (AChE) inhibition as determined by the Ellman's method. The results of network pharmacology experiments predicted that the anti-Alzheimer 's disease (AD) effect of fritaipaine E ( 5) was related to 9 signaling pathways and 5 core targets, including SRC, PIK3CA, AKT1, EGFR, and IGF1R. Molecular docking simulations highlighted interactions between 5 and core targets, showing inhibitory effects on AD.

An Optimal Operation Model and Ordered Charging/Discharging Strategy for Battery Swapping Stations

The economic operation of battery swapping stations (BSSs) is significant for the promotion of large-scale electric vehicles. This paper develops a linear programming model to maximize the daily operation profits of a BSS by considering constraints of the battery swapping demand of users and the charging/discharging balance of batteries in the BSS. Based on the BSS configuration and data from electric taxis in Beijing, we simulate the operation situation and charging/discharging load of the BSS in nine scenarios with two ordered charging and discharging strategies. The simulation results demonstrate that the model can achieve the maximum daily profits of the BSS. According to the sensitivity analysis, the battery swapping price for batteries is the most sensitive, followed by the number of batteries in the BSS, while the operation-maintenance costs and battery depreciation costs are least sensitive. In addition, the charging and discharging of batteries in the BSS can be coordinated by increasing the battery quantity of the BSS and formulating the ladder-type battery swapping price.
