Chemical Constituents from Isodon lophanthoides var.graciliflora

The aqueous extract from the whole plant of Isodon lophanthoides var. graciliflora was separated and purified by means of chromatographic technology and eleven compounds were isolated. On the basis of spectral data, they were identified as vitexin (1), pachypodol (2), chrysoplenetin (3), 9-hydroxy-5,7-megastigmadien-4-one (4), 3,9-dihydroxy-5,7-megastigmadien-4-one (5), loliolide (6), 4-acetyl-5-methyldihydrofuran-2-one (7), 5-hydroxymethylfuraldehyde (8), 5-methoxymethyl-1H-pyrrole-2-carbaldehyde (9), indole-3-aldehyde (10), and succinic acid monobutyl ester (11). All the compounds were obtained from Isodon lophanthoides for the first time.

Stir‐bar sorptive extraction based on hydroxyl‐functionalized zirconium‐metal‐organic framework for the detection of three quinolones in actual samples

A novel analytical method based on stir-bar sorptive extraction was proposed for the determination of three trace quinolones in fish and shrimp samples. UiO-66-(OH)2 , a hydroxyl-functionalized zirconium metal-organic framework, has been coated on frosted glass rods by an in situ growth method. The product, UiO-66-(OH)2 modified frosted glass rods, has been characterized and key parameters have been optimized in combination with ultra-high-performance liquid chromatography. The detection limits of enoxacin, norfloxacin, and ciprofloxacin were 0.48-0.8 ng ml-1 , and the detection concentrations were in the range of 10-300 ng ml-1 , showing a good linear relationship. This method was used for the determination of three quinolones in aquatic organisms, and the recoveries in spiked fish and shrimp muscle tissue samples were 74.8%-105.4% and 82.5%-115.8%, respectively. The relative standard deviations were less than 6.9%. The established method combined stir-bar sorptive extraction based on UiO-66-(OH)2 modified frosted glass rods with ultra-high-performance liquid chromatography, has good application prospects for the detection of quinolone residues in fish and shrimp muscle samples.

UAV-Assisted Resource Allocation Strategy in Energy Harvesting Edge Computing System

Aiming at the problem that the computing tasks requested by user equipments of (UEs) exceed the computing capacity of mobile edge computing (MEC) server in the ground base station (BS), an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV)-assisted resource allocation strategy is proposed in this paper. By deploying a UAV carried with an MEC server, when the computing tasks requested by the UEs are beyond the computing capacity of the ground BS MEC server, the UEs can offload the extra computing tasks to the UAV. The resource allocation problem is formulated as a nonlinear programming problem by jointly optimizing transmitting power, system bandwidth, and computing resources. The objective is to minimize system energy consumption while satisfying the constraints of energy consumption, computing resource, and transmitting power. Genetic algorithm (GA) and nonlinear programming methods are combined to obtain the optimal solution to the formulated optimization problem. Simulation results demonstrate that the system energy consumption can be reduced to some extent under our proposed approach compared with the traditional GA and the partial fixed power, system bandwidth, or computing resources method based on GA and nonlinear programming.
