ObjectiveTo discuss the effect of eye reconstruction with free flap. Methods Free flap was used in 21 patients of contracted eye socket and anophthalmos.The forearm free flap was utilized in 19 patients,the scapular flap in 2.Free flap with microvascular anastomoses was transferred into contracted eye socket. And hydroxyapatite implant was selectively inserted for intraorbital implantation according to the extent of contracted eye socket postoperation. Eye socket was reconstructed in one stage operation. Results The flaps were transferred successfully in all patients. All patients were followed up between 4 to 42 months, better cosmetic results were achieved and well-fitted eye prosthesis was weared. Conclusion Free flap is a useful alternative in treatment of severe contracted eye socket.
Objective To investigate the type of astigmatism and amblyopia, distribution rule of astigmatism degree ,distribution rule axis of astigmatism , the relationship between two eyes axis of astigmatism , the relationship between axis of astigmatism and amblyopia in children aged 3~11 old.whose visual acuity(VA)is declined. Methods 266 cases 503 eyes of astigmatism in children aged from 3 to 11 years whose visual acuity declined were analysised statistically. Results the ratio of compound hypermetropic astigmatism is predominant,is 71.07%, then compound myopic astigmatism is 11.53%,mixed astigmatism is 8.95%,simple hypermetropia is 5.17%, simple brachymetropia is 3.18%. astigmatism degree 0.50 DC~1.00 DC is 52.18%,1.25 DC~2.00 DC is 30.02%, 2.25 DC ~ 3.00 DC is 10.54%,3.0 DC is 6.76%.The ratio of astigmatism with rule is 94.23%,astigatism against the rule is 2.19%, oblique astigmatism is 3.58%. Symmetrical astigmatism is 95.43%,asymmetrical astigmatism is 4.57%in the binoculus astigmatism .The binoculus astigmatism is 89.46%,monoculus astigmatism is 10.54%. Conclusion The main tyre of astigmatism of children is hypermetropic astigmatism, astigmatism with rule is predominant. Symmetrical astigmatism is predominant in the binoculus astigmatism. There is an association between astigmatism and amblyopia.
Objective To observe the curative effect and prognosis of cough variance asthma(CVA) evoked by mycoplasma pneumonia(MP) treated by azithromycin combined with pumicort and bricasol.Methods 126 CVAs evoked by MP were divided randomly into two groups:the therapeutic group,were given azithromycin orally and inhaled pumicort and bricasol,the control group,were treated only by azithromycin orally.The remission rate and recurrence rate of cough between the two groups were compared.Results The remission rate and recurrence rate of cough of therapeutic group were 100% and 15.9% respectively while those of the control group were 28.6% and 60.3% respectively.The difference between two groups was significant.Conclusion Azithromycin combined with pumicort and bricasol can improve significantly the curative effect of CVA evoked by MP,decrease the recurrence and make for the prognosis.

With the implementation of coordinating urban and rural construction policy and people linked to policy, it is of great significance for relieving the contradiction existing in the construction land between supply and demand, and in addition to grasp the laws of spatial pattern and arrange reasonable layouts for rural residential patches that have large renovation potential. Based on the Land Use Change Survey Database 2010 and Jilin Statistical Yearbook 2011, the laws of spatial pattern of the present rural residential land for different administrative districts in Changchun-Jilin consolidated metropolitan area were quantitatively analyzed using GIS method combined with landscape ecology method. The spatial relationships between the layouts of rural residential land and slope, river, road, and railway were also discussed in the same way. As a multi-factor comprehensive evaluation method was used to evaluate the locational suitability of rural residential patches, we divided rural settlements into different types of renovation, which could provide a theoretical support and reference for the comprehensive management of territory. The results indicate that:(1) the land distribution of rural settlements is uneven, and both the quantity and density have big deviations in different administrative regions.(2) The terrain conditions(slope), water conditions(river), traffic conditions(roads and railways) all have effects on the spatial layouts of the rural residential land in the study area, but the effects are different. Different grades of road(trunk road and branch) and different forms of railway(rail lines and stations) have different effects on the spatial pattern of rural settlements.(3) On this basis, according to the role of influence factors that have effects on rural settlements, we divided the spatial locations of rural residential patches into different suitability grades. Therefore, the rural residential patches were further divided into corresponding types, including the priority development areas, the retaining development areas and the limited development areas. Then, we pointed out and discussed the improvement directions for each rural residential type.
With the method of questionnaire investigation,this paper investigated and analyzed the current situation of the teachers' participation of physical activities.The result shows that primary and middle school teachers face relatively big pressure from various aspects.In the aspect of physical activity participation,age is a prominent factor that differentiates teachers' performance.Comparing the number of participants,the frequency and the duration of participation,teachers in the higher age spectrum have better performance than those in the lower age spectrum.This discovery is obviously different from the previous research,which showed a normal distribution.The primary factor that limits teachers' participation of physical activities is their work load,which causes them physically and mentally exhausted.It suggests the relevant government and school departments take proactive measures to get this situation better managed,so that physical activities can be made a necessary part of the teachers' daily life.
