In Lu 70 lithologic Reservoir, there existed multi-layers in vertical direction, and rapid changes of lithologic property in lateral direction, and strong reservoir heterogeneity.Based on the results of seismic, drilling and logging data and comprehensive geologic analysis, fine geologic modeling technology was used to establish 3D fine geologic model for Lu 70 lithologic reservoir, its structures and reservoir distribution were re-determined.The distribution characteristics of reservoir physical properties of each sub-zone were analyzed and the reserves were rechecked. It is considered that the oil sources of the reservoir come from the southeast and northwest, and it is pointed out that the upthrow side of Dawangzhuang Fault Block is a beneficial area for next oil exploration,at the same time suggestions are put forward for well location design. It provides a reliable basis for developing a plan for its reservoir production and 3D geologic modeling, and it has wide application prospects of wide application of 3D geologic modeling oil exploration and development.
The discriminating of production sites of ancient pottery samples using multi-isotopic systematics was described. Previous work has proven that Pb isotopic ratios can be used for discriminating the production sites of ancient pottery under certain conditions. The present work suggests that although Nd isotopic ratios are not sensitive to the production sites of ancient pottery, Sr isotopic ratios are important for the purpose. Pb isotopic ratios are indis- tinguishable for the pottery excavated from the Jiahu relict, Wuyang, Henan Province and for famous Qin Terra-cotta Figures. But, the 87Sr/86Sr ratios for the former (about 0.715) are significantly lower than that of the latter (0.717—0.718). We concluded that a combined use of Pb and Sr isotopes would be a more powerful method for dis- criminating the production site of ancient pottery.

This paper proposes a new feature extraction method, two dimensional Laplacian Eigen-Map, (2DLEM), which especially considers the manifold structures of the face images, and extracts the proper features from image matrix directly by using a linear transformation. 2DLEM has a disadvantage that it requires more coefficients for image representation as 2D feature extraction algorithms have. In this paper, we propose a two-phase framework to overcome the disadvantage. The experiments on the ORL database show that 2DLEM achieves the best performance, and the two-phase framework can reduce the dimension effectively. Most secretory proteins are folded and modified in the endoplasmic reticulum (ER); however, protein folding is error-prone, resulting in toxic protein aggregation and cause ER stress. Irreversibly misfolded proteins are subjected to ER-associated degradation (ERAD), modified by ubiquitination, and degraded by the 26S proteasome. The yeast ERAD ubiquitin ligase Hrd1p and multispanning membrane protein Der1p are involved in ubiquitination and transportation of the folding-defective proteins. Here, we performed functional characterization of MoHrd1 and MoDer1 and revealed that both of them are localized to the ER and are pivotal for ERAD substrate degradation and the ER stress response. MoHrd1 and MoDer1 are involved in hyphal growth, asexual reproduction, infection-related morphogenesis, protein secretion and pathogenicity of M. oryzae. Importantly, MoHrd1 and MoDer1 mediated conidial autophagic cell death and subsequent septin ring assembly at the appressorium pore, leading to abnormal appressorium development and loss of pathogenicity. In addition, deletion of MoHrd1 and MoDer1 activated the basal unfolded protein response (UPR) and autophagy, suggesting that crosstalk between ERAD and two other closely related mechanisms in ER quality control system (UPR and autophagy) governs the ER stress response. Our study indicates the importance of ERAD function in fungal development and pathogenesis of M. oryzae.

A method for the determination of trace rhenium in geological samples (pyrites and rocks) using isotope dilution-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry was developed. Carius tube digestion method was used for sample preparation. The total procedure blanks could be limited in the range of 1. 4 - 10 pg. The method was verified by analyzing the national standard reference molybdenite sample and the result was in good agreement with the certified value (17. 39±0. 32) μg/g. The method has been applied to the determination of trace Re (1.27 ng/g) in rock sample with precision of 3. 89% RSD(n=4, 2s).
Hot topics are usually those breaking news discussed most at online forums, especially microblogging systems, such as twitter, which helps to learn user concentration and public opinion. This paper focuses on the problem of predicting emerging hot topics. Previous prediction models usually focus on building the content profile to discover the hot topics, they may neglect the social network function or overlook the keyword feature of the post. In this paper, we address this problem by introducing a combined model using the content and the connection information. We define the concept of topic hotness, introduce the algorithm calculating the hotness with content based hotness and connection based hotness, and finally we predict those emerging hot topics by the hotness evolution model.

Some variation in the isotopic ratios at most localities is caused by crustal-contamination processes. When the crustal assimilation effects are taken into account, the initial ratios for apparently uncontaminated, mantle-derived parental magmas show only restricted range in 87Sr/86Sr (0.7032 to 0.7040) and εNd (T) (+5.4 to +2.3), which are inversely correlated. These ratios characterize alkaline to subalkaline magmas emplaced over more than 400 km2 and about 80 m.y. The isotopic and trace-element characteristics are broadly similar to those of many modern ocean-island basalts, specifically the New England Seamounts, suggesting similar time-integrated, lithophile-element-depleted mantle sources. The results are consistent with plume-related mantle sources deeper than the subcontinental mantle. This content is PDF only. Please click on the PDF icon to access.
