This paper introduces the system structure design of a small communication vehicle for flooding time.According to the demands of environment and technical condition of the vehicle,the overall structure layout and the equipment composition the structure characteristics of cabinet in vehicle are described in detail.The operation stability and windproof ability of the vehicle are analyzed.The antenna support frame and equipment cabinet can be dismounted after flooding time.The vehicle can resume the normal working function and outline thus improving utilization factor of the vehicle.
Through the mechanical analysis of mobiling process and controlling center for Logistics robot,expounds on the reasons for rolling resistance and the really force of robot,finds the important parameters of impacting on the actual robot model climbing ability,for example,center of robot,rolling resistance coefficient and attachment coefficient,etc,uses effective measures according to this important parameters,adjusts restructure and debugs process for robot,finish requirements.
The temperature field of the piston in YZ4105QF diesel engine is experimentally measured by using the hardness plug method.And the software Pro/E is used to set up a geometry model of the piston.The temperature field of the piston model is calculated by FEA software Hypermesh and ANSYS.The results provide supports for the further optimizing of the piston.
