Tourism has become an engine of developing city economy,and promoted significant pulling effects on it.With the development of tourism industry,however,it brings more pressure on city environment and its capacity on tourism becomes serious.Taking Yiwu as an example,59% of its citizens think that tourism brings more social benefits than economic benefits,especially in improving city infrastructure and function,beautifying city environment,easing people's life,and broadening their horizon;23.8% of them hold that excessively recurrent population has negative effect on city environment,causes the society unstable,and seriously influence their daily life.Most citizens believe that their city has greater potentials in social capacity of tourism,and the whole tourism environment is better in protection,but there still exist the problems of uneven development,i.e.expecting further development in leisure tourism and cultural tourism.
The next generation sequencing(NGS),also known as high-throughput sequencing technology,is a landmark of revolution in the history for DNA sequencing.NGS have adopted a new sequencing strategy—cyclic-array sequencing,which was divided into pyrosequencing(Roche/454),Solexa sequencing technology(Illumina),the polony sequencing technology(ABI/ SOLiD),Polonator sequencing technology and HeliScope single-molecule sequencing technology.Because of its high-throughput,low cost and short time-consuming,NGS has the potential to replace traditional Sanger sequencing and to become the most important research tools in post-genomic era.Researchers could do more comprehensive and in-depth analysis with genome,transcriptome and proteome at cheaper price.NGS has broad application prospects in the field of cancer research.In addition to accomplishing the tumor genome sequencing quickly,it also provides us a fully and rapidly powerful digital tool for tumor transcriptome,epigenetic and DNA-protein interaction analysis.It is expecting to bring about revolutionary change in the areas of life science,medicine science and others.

Objective:To investigate the prediction value of radiosensitivity on apoptosis and micronucleus assay for cervical carcinoma cells by experience in vitro.Methods:Clonogenic assay, flow cytometry and CB micronuclei assay were used to survey the cell survival rate, radiation-induced apoptosis and micronuclei frequency in cervial carcinoma cell lines HeLa, SiHa,RJC which had been irradiated by X-ray with dosages ranging from 0~8Gy.Results:After those cell lines had been irradiated, there was a good dose-effection relationship between micronuclei and dosage among three cell lines (P0.05), and so was between apoptosis and dosage(P0.01); There had a negaitive correlation between cell survival rate and micronuclei(P0.01).Conclusion:The radiosensitivity of cervical carcinoma cells can be reflected by either apoptosis or micronuclei. But, if surveying apoptosis and micronuclei simultaneously could enhance the accuracy of predicting radiosensetivity must be in experimenting further.
Objective: To appraise the influence on pregnancy outcome and neonatal outcome of ICP after adequate obstetric intervention. Methods: After obstetric intervention carried out to 89 cases of ICP, the attack rate of amniotic fluid meconium, fetal distress, preterm, postpartum hemorrhage, neonatal asphyxia, dead birth, stillbirth and neonatal high indirect bilirubinemia were observed, compared them with 60 cases of ICP without treatment. Results: The attack rates of amniotic fluid meconium, fetal distress and preterm in treatment group were 6.74%, 3.37% and 4.49% respectively. There were significant difference between treatment group and non treatment group. Conclusion: Obstetric intervention can make notable improvement of pregnancy and neonatal outcome on ICP.

The proposal of Han Xia Kao Wen Yuan started from the October of 1912, lasted to the summer of 1914. Ma Xiangbo and Zhang Taiyan paid their diligence successively. Those initiators and experts in the Name List were pivotal in the academic circle, and also had achievements in the political area. Their close contact with Yuan Shikai made the whole initiation of Han Xia Kao Wen Yuan covered by a piece of gauze of politics. In this article, I try to explore series political factors of the initiation of this innovative and independent national academic research institute. The started initiation of Han Xia Kao Wen Yuan failed to finish. It is not accidental if we observe it from the view of the change of political situation and the transformation of institution systems.
Objective To establish a fingerprints of Cuscuta chinensis different processed products by HPLC. Methods The Symmetry Kromasil ODS-1 column( 250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5μm) was used,the water methanol 0. 4% phosphoric acid as the mobile phase,with gradient elution,the flow rate 1. 0 ml / min,column temperature of 30 ℃,and detected at 328 nm. Results This method had a good repeatability,a total of 20 common peaks were identified,similarity is higher,the chromatographic peak separation degree is better,which reaches fingerprint technical requirements. Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and can be used for the quality control of Cuscuta chinensis.
Objective: To study the changes and roles of nitric oxide (NO), endothelin (ET), superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malondialdehyde (MDA) in the pathogenesis of patients with intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy (ICP). Methods: The levels of NO, ET, MDA and SOD were measured in sera of peripheral blood of pregnant women with ICP and neonatal umbilical vein for 28 cases of the study group; 24 cases of normal pregnancy of similar age were used as control group. Results: The levels of ET and MDA in study group were higher than in control group (P0.01), but the levels of NO and SOD were not significantly different between them. The maternal serum levels of NO, ET and MDA were higher than in neonatal umbilical vein in both groups (P0.01). Conclusion: The imbalance between oxidation and anti oxidation and the increase of ET synthesis during pregnancy may play an important role in the pathogenesis of ICP.
With fresh pigskin as material,five different proteases including neutral protease, bromelain,pepsin, papain, trypsin were used to hydrolyze collagen. Taking DH and scavenging rate of O2-·as index, the condition of the five proteases hydrolyzing pigskin collagen was optimized according to single factor and orthogonal test, and comparatively study the five proteases effect on pigskin collagen. It turned out that:hydrolysates of the five proteases were all anti-oxidative, and the scavenging rates of O2-·were as follows:trypsin neutral protease pepsin bromelain papain.
