The scholarship of the university faculty includes the scholarship of discovery, the scholarship of integration, the scholarship of application and the scholarship of teaching. The scholarship of teaching means that the university faculty achieve on the knowledge, abilities and qualities in the teaching activities.
Lying in the center,next to the east of China,Anhui province plays a significant and unique role in the Rise of Central China strategy.Based on the meaning of urban harmonious development,this paper puts forward the evaluation index system and the TOPSIS algorithm of urban harmonious development,then makes a comprehensive evaluation for the urban harmonious development and the urban system coordination,and makes a categorized analysis of integrated harmonious development and system coordination of 17 Anhui cities.At last this paper makes several corresponding suggestions from the aspect of economy,society and environment.
Objective To describe maternal breastfeeding knowledge and attitudes in Chinese cities,and evaluate the relationship among attitudes,knowledge and feeding behavior.Methods Self-administered questionnaires about breastfeeding knowledge,attitudes and feeding behavior were finished by mothers in hospitals.The associations of breastfeeding knowledge and attitudes with age,education,and income levels were explored by Chi-square analysis.And their independent associations with breastfeeding behaviors were evaluated by binary logistic regression analyses,adjusting socio-demographic characteristics.Results The average score of maternal breastfeeding knowledge was(8.5±1.5).Knowledge level of breastfeeding group was better than that of partial/artificial group.The scores of breastfeeding knowledge increased 1 point,the likelihood of in-hospital breastfeeding practices increased 1.305 times.The mothers willing to breastfeeding were account for 98.1%.92.4% of mothers thought they would insist on breastfeeding for 6 months.Negative attitude to breastfeeding made negative effect on breastfeeding behavior(OR=0.233).Conclusion Breastfeeding attitudes and knowledge are independent factor for breastfeeding behaviors.Improving the knowledge and confidence for breastfeeding is useful for improving breastfeeding behaviors.
The paper probes to the origin of humanistic approach in the educational system in the west. After analyzing its features and representations, it comes to the conclusion that humanistic approach plays a decisive role in training and producing talents and should be adopted to promote reforms in Chinese educational system.
The characteristics of the faculty with the scholarship of teaching are different from the faculty with low level in the scholarship of teaching. The faculty with the scholarship of teaching has vivid characteristics. Teaching behavior and teaching achievement are the two embodiments of the characteristics. Teaching behavior includes: possessing educational knowledge, full of the question consciousness, presenting wisdom in teaching, processing the effective communication. Teaching achievement means bringing great impact.
With the development of economic transition and social transformation,China's cities have gained tremendous development,but they were also exposed a lot of problems which were caused by the non-harmonious development of economy,society and environment.According to the scientific concept of development,thus building harmonious cities is a natural choice for the urban development.This paper first states the various theories of urban competitiveness and gives the definition of the urban competitiveness based on harmony,then analyzes the connotation of harmonious city and establishes the evaluative index system and evaluation methods for the harmonious urban competitiveness.On this basis,the paper concerns the case analysis of urban competitiveness in Anhui Province and gives some suggestions.This study is beneficial to upgrade the competitiveness of the harmonious cities in Anhui Province.

The scholarship of teaching of faculty is the systematic and specialized knowledge in teaching,which means that faculty have a deep understanding of teaching,a good grasp of professional knowledge and educational knowledge,capabilities in teaching activity and achievements from teaching practice and teaching research.Its value is to extend scholarship concept,help faculty to understand teaching rationally,lead them to reflect and research teaching scientifically,enrich their teaching theoretical basis,realize their specialization and quality improvement and direct their teaching practice.
