The article studies on the relationship between China's energy consumption growth and GDP growth,domestic and international energy consumption elasticity,energy consumption per 10,000 Yuan of GDP and high energy-consuming industries.According to study on these topics,we think,China's energy consumption growth is slower than GDP growth;even though there is no apparent law on development and trend of energy consumption elasticity,but in recent years,energy consumption per 10,000 Yuan of GDP has declined at home and abroad.Energy utilizing efficiency in China has been improved,however,compared with other countries,it's still lagging behind and there still has space in energy-saving and consumption-reducing.Therefore,we need strengthen adjustment of industrial structure,actively develop the third industry and promote national economic structure moving to light-weight and energy-saving.Meanwhile,we should make full use of market means,for example,fulfilling energy-saving and consumption-reducing by substantial increasing energy prices,levying energy taxes,etc.Moreover,we should strengthen energy statistics work and improve data quality.
Aim To investigate the effect of amlodipine on left ventricular hypertrophy and exercise BP in elderly hypertension. Methods Echocardiography and ABPM were taken before and after 4 months amlodipine treatment 5 mg~7.5 mg/d. The changes of left ventricular hypertrophy and exercise test in BP were examined. [WT5 HZ]Results 24 h SBP and DBP were significantly decreased. The left ventricular wall thickness,ventricular mass,and peak exercise systolic BP were decreased significantly. Conclusion Amlodipine is effective in the treatment of hypertension in elderly.

Abstract Background: The human microbiome is a mixed group of microorganisms and has been verified the relationship between gastrointestinal microbiota and blood pressure. The intestinal microbiota of chronic kidney disease (CKD) patients in the distribution of bacterial species is different from the flora of people with no CKD. The purpose of this research is to study on the different intestinal microbiota of hypertensive patients with and without nephropathy and to find possible bio-markers to diagnose hypertensive nephropathy, as well as one of the basis for hypertensive nephropathy or CKD clinical intervention treatment. Methods: The study subjects were divided into three groups, normal control, simple hypertension and hypertensive nephropathy. Sequencing, bioinformatics and statistical analysis were performed on the 16S rRNA gene of the flora of the subjects' stool samples. Results: This research shows the difference of intestinal flora in hypertension patients with and without nephropathy; it investigates the relationship of the differences in the intestinal microbiota with bile-acid metabolism; it also explores bile-acid metabolism mechanism of intestinal microbiota differences of hypertensive with or without nephropathy. Conclusions: The different gastrointestinal microbiota is related to bile-acid metabolism in hypertensive patients, and can be one of the factors causing CKD. Trial registration: This article does not report the results of a health care intervention on human participants.
The instantaneous discharge and the flow fluctuation of SCY-14B type axial piston pump were theoretically analyzed, and simulations of pumps with seven pistons and eight pistons were made using MATLAB. The simulation results show that: the flow fluctuation coefficient of piston pump with odd number is lower than that of piston pump with even number leaving out the influence of geometrical factors. The flow fluctuation varies inversely as the piston number. And the larger the swash plate angle is,the greater the discharge of the pump will be. But the angle of the swash plate has no effect on the flow fluctuation. The flow fluctuation coefficient of piston pump with odd number is almost no different than that of piston pump with even number,if the influence of geometrical factors and leakage are taken into consideration; but it is significantly larger than the theoretical flow fluctuation coefficient. And the geometric flow pulsation is the major aspect that affects the flow pulsation characteristics.

Objective To investigate the prevalence of kidney damage and risk factors in residents older than 40 years in Beijing, one of the greatest Chinese metropolis. Methods Two thousand three hundred and fifty-three residents from four of eight communities in one district of Beijing were interviewed and tested for albuminuria-morning spot urine albumin to creatinine ratio (abnormal: ≥30 mg/g), reduced renal function-estimated glomerular filtration rate by abbreviated MDRD equation [abnomal: 60 ml·min-1· (1.73 m2)-1], hematuria and pyuria-morning spot urine dipstick confirmed by urine microscopy. The associations among demographic characteristics, health characteristics (eg. smoking, diabetes, and hypertension) and indicators of kidney damage were examined. Results Albuminuria was detected in 6.2% of subjects, reduced renal function in 3.0%, hematuria in 0.8%, and non-infective pyuria in 0.09%. Approximately 9.4% of subjects had at least one indicator of kidney damage. Diabetes and systolic blood pressure were independently associated with albuminuria. Hyperuricemia, albuminuria, age, hypercholesteremia and gender were independently associated with reduced renal function. Conclusion The prevalence and risk factors of CKD in population older than 40 years in a Chinese metropolis are similar to those of developed countries.
To determine whether algal oligosaccharide affects the levels of parathyroid hormone 1-84 (PTH1-84) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF). An osteoporosis rat model was established via bilateral ovariectomy. The model rats were fed algal oligosaccharides (molecular weights: 600-1, 200 Da) for 4 months. Bone mineral density (BMD) was then measured. MG-63 human osteoblastic cells were treated with algal oligosaccharides. The expression of PTH1-84 and VEGF was then examined. Oligosaccharide-treated cells were transfected with PTH1-84 short hairpin RNA (shRNA), VEGF shRNA, and PTH1-84-VEGF small interfering RNA (siRNA). The growth rates were then compared between transfected and non-transfected cells. Algal oligosaccharides increased the BMD of the osteoporosis rat model compared with untreated controls (P < 0.05). When MG-63 cells were treated with algal oligosaccharides, the growth rate increased by 25% compared with the control group at day 3 (P < 0.05). In addition, the expression of PTH84 and VEGF was enhanced. Conversely, when the cells were transfected with PTH84 shRNA, VEGF shRNA, or PTH1-84-VEGF siRNA, the growth rate was decreased by 17%, 35% and 70%, respectively, compared with controls at day 3 (P < 0.05). Algal oligosaccharides ameliorate osteoporosis via up-regulation of PTH1-84 and VEGF. Algal oligosaccharides should be developed as a potential drug for osteoporosis treatment.
Objective To study the mutations of apolipoprotein E (apoE)gene in 4 Chinese lipoprotein glomerulopathy(LPG)patients and their family members, and to investigate the pathogenesis of LPG. Methods Urinalysis was performed on the family members of two patients, and they were screened for the level of serum creatinine, serum lipid and serum lipoprotein. The mutation of apoE gene was detected by direct sequencing after PCR of apoE exons. PCR RFLP was used to identify the mutations in family members. Results Two kinds of mutation of apoE gene were identified in these 4 patients. A 9 bp deletion in exon 4, resulting in a 3-amino acid deletion (residues 142-144-0) was confirmed in 2 patients and a point mutation in exon 3 resulting in Arg25Cys was found in another 2 patients. Above mutations were found in the patients' relatives who had normal urinalysis results. Conclusions The 3-amino acid deletion (142-144-0) of apoE gene is the common mutation to cause LPG in Chinese patients. Both mutations could be found in their relatives without LPG.
