- Brinjal/ egg plant is an important crop in India. It is a warm seasoned crop. Crop undergoes significant damage due to poor soil and weather conditions. In turn farmers face a huge loss. However, an early detection of disease could be find out using image analysis on leaf images, that may result in greater yield. In this paper, a deep learning approach using the concept of transfer learning has been used to detect some of the diseases present in the brinjal crop. Three pretrained Convolution Neural Network (CNN) Architecture AlexNet, GoogleNet and ResNet have been applied on the image data set. 5 diseases have been classified using fully connected layer. ResNet showed the maximum accuracy.
Movie recommendation system is a type of recommendation engine that uses data on user preferences and characteristics of movies to provide personalized movie suggestions. It aims to enhance user experience and engagement by offering relevant and appealing movie choices, increasing the likelihood of users finding movies that align with their interests. When designing a movie recommendation system, various factors can be taken into account. These factors may include movie genre, actors, director, release year, ratings, and user reviews. In the paper, the recommendation system is built using a content-based filtering approach, specifically focusing on movie genres. Content-based filtering analyzes the characteristics or content of items (in this case, movies) to make recommendations.

Solar photovoltaic (PV) systems are regarded as more efficient than other renewable energy sources due to their benefits to the environment and economy (Sahin et al. 2020). The cleanest, most abundant, least polluting, and least maintenance-required renewable energy source is solar electricity generation. The absence of moving parts and the absence of noise are the primary benefits of employing a solar PV system. Sun-derived solar irradiation is transformed to electrical power by means of solar PV array. Taking the sources of installed electrical energy in India as a percentage by 30 June 2022, renewable energy sources would account for 28.25% of total energy capacity (MW), and the share percentage is as follows: wind, 35.76%; solar, 50.59%; biomass, 8.95%; waste to energy, 0.42%; and small hydro, 4.29%. The PV cell operates on the electroluminescence effects, which converts light signals directly into electrical signals (CEA 2020; GOI 2022).
The problem of finding the optimal path in MANET is a well known problem due to the mobility of its nodes. Optimal routing is associated with the total cost reduction of a path. The main goal of this paper is to consider the problem of path optimization between the sender and receiver in a dynamic network. A new adaptive algorithm based on genetic techniques is proposed to find out the Optimal Path in dynamic nature problem. Genetic algorithm provides the solution of optimal path using the technique which is inspired by the natural process that is initial population, selection, crossover and mutation. The proposed algorithm used a repair function to cure all the infeasible chromosomes. The quality of solutions and rate of convergence is enhanced by performing the crossover and mutation function on the initial population. Even though path optimization algorithms are already well established, but the researchers are still trying to find the alternative methods to optimize the paths in a dynamic network. One such alternative is to use genetic algorithm. The first section of this paper explain the
Dedicated Short-Range Communications (DSRC), a vehicular wireless standard protocol is to be used for Vehicle to Everything (V2X) communications. This is also referred to as Wireless Access in Vehicular Environment (WAVE) and covered under IEEE 802.11p standard. The DSRC standard is majorly designed for automotive usage and specifically focuses on vehicle's safety systems. Majority of the road mis-happenings are due to unpredicted roads and unfocused drivers, and to win over this situation, WAVE enabled alert systems could be used, which in turn reduce risk to life and public assets to a great extent. In this paper, design and implementation of DSRC/W A VE is described. "Design and functioning of device mechanics using WAVE standard is explained with a live project using vehicle mounted unit (OBU) and road-side statically mounted component called Road Side Unit (RSU).
Energy plays a vital role to sustain our way of life. Over 80 percent of the energy consumed worldwide comes from fossil fuels. Because of this, fossil fuels are being depleted, and they are also bad for the environment. As a result, there is a growing interest in renewable resources. Solar systems, in particular, gain attention because of their endless energy supply, but their main limitations are their low output effectiveness and high equipment costs. A Photo-V cell can only transfer 5-20% of the sun radiation that it receives into electricity. Due to this, it is essential to distribute solar energy at the lowest cost and best efficiency. A successful photovoltaic (PV) generation system needs to have an efficient peak power tracking technique. An effective highest power point tracking (HPPT) method is required to boost the effectiveness of a photo-cell production scheme. The standard HPPT methods are thoroughly examined in this work for uniform sun irradiation and temperature circumstances. The performance of various approaches is evaluated in a comparison review in tabular form at the conclusion of each category's discussion, which will help you select the most useful option.
