Controlling Risk of E-commerce Personnel

A company's greatest asset is its people. The risk of e-commerce personnel exists in the whole process of e-commerce, at all levels and in all links, which is a kind of universal risk. In reality, the prevention of internal personnel in e-commerce enterprises is insufficient, which is a very prominent problem. This chapter identifies the risks of e-commerce personnel in three stages: before, during, termination, and change of employment, and makes risk control decisions according to certain principles. Personnel management system (including personnel employment system and authorization management system), safety education and training, safety awareness promotion, integrity education, and integrity culture construction are all helpful to reduce personnel risk.

A 43-year-old woman was referred for endoscopic resection after detection of a giant subepithelial lesion (SEL) during routine physical assessment. The lesion was approximately 50 × 25 mm in size and was located in the posterior wall of the gastric fundus ([Fig. 1]). A comprehensive assessment of the origin and characteristics of the lesion was performed via a dual-frequency ultrasonic miniprobe (InnerMedical Co., Ltd., Shenzhen, China) ([Fig. 2], [Video 1]).

Since the 1970's stratospheric zone attenuation liable for surface UV radiation enhancement has been among the ever-increasing concerns of global climatologists. In recent years, numerous efforts have been undertaken at home and abroad to investigate the effect of enhanced surface UV-B on crops' growth, development and yield formation, achieving a lot of significant fruits and concurrently on field ecosystems. As we know, most of the experiments in the past were conducted in laboratories, including a short-term response on an individual-plant basis. This condition differs consipicuously from yield experiments at the level of an ecosystem with regard to its long-range response. Specifically the degree to which the UV radiation influences non-crop species, which leads to the distortion of the response to UV-B enhancement of crop's population and its ecosystem. As a result, it is necessary to carry out long-range field experiments at an ecosystem's level. This paper aims at the impacts of intensified UV-B upon weeds and large soil worms (i.e., microanimals) in an ecosystem of growing wheat, corn (maize) and spinach together with preliminary investigation of the mechanisms.

Controlling Credit Risk in E-commerce

"No man can stand without faith". Modern society is a credit society, and the importance of social credit system construction is more prominent in the field of e-commerce. This chapter explains what e-commerce credit and e-commerce credit risk are and analyzes the influencing factors of e-commerce credit risk. This paper introduces the performance of trust-breaking behavior reflecting e-commerce credit risk, as well as the evaluation and decision-making of e-commerce credit risk, focusing on the enterprise credit evaluation index, individual credit evaluation index (including buyers and sellers), consumer goods online retail credit evaluation index, and credit evaluation process. It also introduces the guiding ideology, basic principles and various control mechanisms of credit risk control.

Study of the changes of ambulatory blood pressure in type 2 diabetes mellitus accompanied with essential hypertension.

Objective:To investigate the changes of ambulatory blood pressure in type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM) accompanied with essential hypertension.Methods:The 24h blood pressure,daytime and nighttime blood pressure of the 50 cases of T2DM accompanied with essential hypertension(observation group)and 50 cases of essential hypertension(control group) by ambulatory blood pressure monitoring(ABPM),the blood pressure difference between day and night was calculated.Results:The 24h blood pressure,the daytime and nighttime blood pressure,the blood pressure difference between day and night of the observation group were significantly higher than the control group,compared with the difference were significantly(P0.05).Conclusion:The function of diurnal and nocturnal blood pressure regulation is obviously damaged in type 2 diabetes mellitus accompanied with essential hypertension.Therefore,improvement of glucose metabolism in type 2 diabetes mellitus accompanied with essential hypertension might restore cardiovascular hemodynamic,thus reducing the possibility of cardiovascular complications.

It is common in China that SMEs(small medium-sized enterprises) face financing dilemma.How can SMEs in enterprise cluster solve the problem of capital shortage? By analyzing innovation logic of financial mechanism of enterprise cluster and better actuality of cluster development,it discovers that deepness of embeddedness of social capital and supply chain system of cluster,which is sustained by social capital,can alleviate capital demand pressure of enterprises cluster together.The two can make enterprises gain relative abundant financial support.And in this way enterprises cluster will be developed more healthfully and rapidly.

Acute appendicitis and cecal diverticulitis are both common causes of acute right-sided abdominal pain, but it is extremely rare for both to be found in one patient. Acute appendicitis and diverticulitis are mainly treated through medication and surgical intervention [1] [2]. Digital single-operator cholangioscopy (dSOC) has proven effective for managing inflammation in natural conduits such as the bile duct, pancreatic duct, and appendix [3] [4]. Herein, we present endoscopic direct therapy for appendicitis and diverticulitis in a man with right-sided abdominal pain ([Video 1]).
