Retrospective analysis is used in this paper on the development of molecular imaging and the application of magnetic nano-probes for recent years in order to raise the awareness of the important value of magnetic biological probes in MR molecular imaging area. This paper is based on the broad research of all kinds of domestic and overseas literature regarding nanoprobes research and development and clinical application to offer the summary analysis on current research and development of molecular imaging and magnetic nano-probes and their clinical application. It is found in this article that magnetic nano-probe plays a key role in MR molecular imaging area and it has very broad prospects as well. Research and development of new types of nano-probes especially the development and clinical application of targeted nanoprobes are benefiting early diagnosis and targeted therapy of various diseases which achieves the real-time monitoring and evaluation of it.

Analyze a case of using cartridge valve group to control the differential cylinder, by analyzing the problem and solution indicate the factors which should be pay attention to in using the cartridge valve.
In recent years,high concentration of insoluble iron sulfides,including Fe S2 and Fe S,have been found in the marine wooden shipwrecks. These iron sulfides can be oxidized to form sulfuric acid,which rapidly damages the wood cellulose when the wooden shipwrecks are exposed to conditions of high humidity and oxygen. Removal of those pyrite compounds is currently a problem worldwide. This paper summarizes some preliminary research to remove iron sulfides in the wrecks of wooden Qing Dynasty ships in Ningbo,Zhejiang Province,China. In addition,a new reagent named EDTAHO that uses a combination of a metal complex and an oxidant has been developed to remove the iron sulfides. The test results are satisfactory and should prove useful for future conservation work involving dehydration and reinforcement of wooden marine shipwreck relics.

In order to find the best state, JinChang metallurgical factory has tackled a topic about the primarily smelting system. Based on the conservation of mass and energy, a optimal theoretical model was established on the smelting system which leaded by Ausmelt stove. Under the optimal theoretical model, the costs can be reduced by 207.89 yuan per ton of blister copper. In this paper, the basic principles on the model established are summarized.
In eukaryotes,WD40 family protein CDT2 is an important component of CUL4-DDB1 E3 ligase complex.It serves as a linker between CUL4-DDB1 and its target protein,then achieves degradation of the target protein.With 3'RACE and RT-PCR technique,we cloned a tomato gene named SlWD1,which is homologous of HsCDT2 in Homo sapiens.Amino acid sequence alignment of SlWD1/CDT2 proteins from different species showed that two conserved DWD Box domains were contained in SlWD1.Yeast two-hybrid and CO-IP assays both suggested the interaction between tomato DDB1 and SlWD1.Real-time PCR analysis indicated that SlWD1 gene expressed in all tested tissues,suggesting the expression pattern of SlWD1 was constitutive expression.However,the expression level of SlWD1 was much higher in reproductive organs than in other tissues.

The self-organizing theory is a subject that studies complicated system,which formed and developed in last century.It has already widely applied to such fields as physics,living beings,society,economic management,etc.The authors make a definition of the enterprise's flexible manufacturing system according to the changes of market demand and the needs of competi- tion at present,and analyze the properties and characters of it.The authors think this system is qualified to form dissipative structure. In order to improve the operational efficiency of enterprise's flexible manufacturing system,the authors propose some suggestions and measures according to the self-organizing theory.
A switching circuit with a high conversion ratio is proposed in this paper,due to the fact that it is difficult for the basic line frequency voltage-multiplying rectifier to keep its output voltage constant when the load varies,and its windings and volume of the set-up transformer are large. The proposed circuit operated in discontinuous conduction mode,and its operation was divided into three subintervals. The steady-state gain function for output voltage verse input voltage was derivate by virtual capacitor method and average modeling. The switching circuit combined merits of the voltage-multiplier with flyback converters. It was very suitable for low-power high-voltage power applications where small size and high conversion ratio were needed. The operations and prominent characteristics of the converter were described. A laboratory prototype was built based on the analysis. The effectiveness of proposed approach is verified by experimental results.
