In order to explore the relationship between local autonomous cultural and creative industries and economic and cultural upgrading, this paper uses a questionnaire survey to conduct practical investigation and analysis, and discusses the relationship between the following aspects. Local self-government, The results show that local autonomous cultural creativity can promote economic growth and improve cultural level, and there is a certain correlation between economic growth and cultural upgrading, but the correlation is poor, indicating that the impact of economic growth on cultural upgrading is indirect, and cultural upgrading and economic growth are the main factors for the development of local autonomous cultural and creative industries. Local autonomy is the main influencing factor of economic growth and cultural upgrading, and it is also a combination factor for the development of cultural and creative industries. Therefore, strengthening local autonomy, promoting economic growth, and cultural upgrading can promote the development of cultural and creative industries.
Abstract In this paper, the multivariate data chain network is used to obtain the lexical sequence of Civics and Political Education, which needs to be labeled considering the convenience of research and analysis. According to the C-RTT algorithm can reduce the number of synchronization time slots required for fine synchronization of Civic and Political Network Teaching, use the Transformer encoder to assign and define the model parameters, and then construct the automatic scoring model with the theme of Civic and Political Work and Student Management. Starting from the content of the research and evaluation of the Civics and Political Science Program, the research variables and measurements are determined, and the research on the evaluation of the Civics and Political Science Program in colleges and universities is designed. Initial data for research and analysis are obtained by distributing questionnaires, and simulation analysis and statistical analysis are used to empirically analyze the Civics education combined with a multivariate data chain network. The results show that on the model analysis, the P value of the model in this paper can be up to 80.6, the R value can be up to 85.7%, the F1 value can be up to 83.2%, and the accuracy rate can be up to 82.4%, and the automatic scoring model with the theme of Civic and Political Work and Student Management has achieved good results. On the analysis of the Civics course, the mean values of the seven topics of student management are in the range of 3.78-4.18, and the standard deviations are all greater than 0.84. This study skillfully applies the theory of Civics to student management and ultimately helps the students to establish the correct three views.
The economic development of N-11 countries has been significantly influenced by the contributions of natural resources (NAT) and economic globalization (EG). These countries have been facing drastic environmental problems for several years. Hence, it is imperative to ascertain the environmental ramifications of natural resource extraction activities in the N-11 nations. In doing so, this study examines the impact of gross domestic product (GDP), EG, and NAT on ecological footprints (EF) within the time frame of 1971 to 2022 in the group of N-11 countries. After verifying the cross-sectional dependence, this work found the integration of all variables at first difference. To provide short and long run econometric results; this study utilizes cross sectional autoregressive distributed lag (CS-ARDL). The findings indicate that the presence of NAT rent has a detrimental impact (0.03%) on the ecological quality within the N-11 nations. Moreover, it can be argued that both EG and GDP exhibit environmentally sustainable characteristics over an extended period by (0.03% and - 3.12%) respectively. This study does not provide evidence for the presence of an N-shaped Environmental Kuznets Curve (EKC) in the N-11 nations. Based on the findings, a policy recommendation is proposed for the nations in question. These countries must immediately implement and enforce robust environmental laws while fostering a heightened sense of environmental consciousness. It is imperative for emerging economies to increase their investments to explore and adopt efficient technologies in various economic sectors, including mining.
Abstract In February 2022, the Chinese government implemented a mandatory environmental information disclosure policy for publicly traded corporations. To assess the factors influencing environmental information disclosure, we developed a tripartite evolutionary game system model based on strategic interactions between the government, enterprises and the public. Afterwards, we conducted a simulation to examine the systemic interaction equilibrium among the parties involved. Additionally, we assessed critical factor changes in decision‐making for three stakeholders: initial strategy selection, related policy subsidies, regulatory penalties and public incentives. Incorporating Gaussian white noise into the evolutionary game model enhances the realism of simulations, allowing for a more accurate representation of how random disturbances affect decision‐making among the government, the public and enterprises. The study reveals that the active participation of the public in information disclosure activities has a certain degree of substitution effect on the government's choice to regulate high‐quality information disclosure by enterprises actively. The penalty mechanism is more effective than the subsidy mechanism. The public's decision‐making process is susceptible to the direct economic benefits that enterprises can gain from disclosing low‐quality environmental information.
