Analyzing and demonstrating the complexity of the modern sea combat network

The modern sea combat was a typical complex system.Adopting the complex network to study it was a new and effective method.It discussed the complexity of modern sea combat qualitatively from three different aspects respectively:various elements in the combat,complex relations involving in the combat and the evolution of the sea combat network.According to process of fleet anti-air warfare,it developed a typical model of air defense network and investigated its statistical characteristic.Conclusion:first,the network of fleet anti-air warfare was characterized by the features of scale-free network;second,our important network nodes and edges should be protected and enemy's key nodes and edges should be attacked fiercely in the fleet anti-air warfare.In a word,the conclusion provided an theoretical foundation for establishing optima fleet anti-air network.

Collision-Free 4D Dynamic Path Planning for Multiple UAVs Based on Dynamic Priority RRT* and Artificial Potential Field

In this paper, a four-dimensional (4D) dynamic cooperative path planning algorithm for multiple unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) is proposed, in which the cooperative time variables of UAVs, as well as conflict and threat avoidance, are considered. The algorithm proposed in this paper uses a hierarchical framework that is divided into a 4D cooperative planning layer and a local threat avoidance planning layer. In the cooperative planning layer, the proposed algorithm, named dynamic priority rapidly exploring random trees (DPRRT*), would be used for the 4D cooperative path planning of all UAVs involved in a given task. We first designed a heuristic prioritization strategy in the DPRRT* algorithm to rank all UAVs to improve the efficiency of cooperative planning. Then, the improved RRT* algorithm with the 4D coordination cost function was used to plan the 4D coordination path for each UAV. Whenever the environment changes dynamically (i.e., sudden static or moving threats), the proposed heuristic artificial potential field algorithm (HAPF) in the local threat avoidance planning layer is used to plan the local collision avoidance path. After completing local obstacle avoidance planning, the DPRRT* of the 4D cooperative planning layer is again called upon for path replanning to finally realize 4D cooperative path planning for all UAVs. The simulation and comparison experiments prove the feasibility, efficiency, and robustness of the proposed algorithm.

在电网建设项目融资租赁中,出租人进行投资决策时首先面临的问题就是确定项目融资租赁的基准收益率.采用资本资产定价模型(CAPM)与加权平均资本成本法相结合的方法,计算出了电网建设项目融资租赁的基准收益率.该方法不但适用于电网建设项目融资租赁,同样适用于其他行业的融资租赁项目.

Effects of Cigarette Paper Permeability on Temperature Distribution in Cigarette Combustion Cone

The effects of cigarette paper permeability on some smoke components and the cigarette burning temperature during smoking were studied.The cigarette burning temperature was investigated with a thermocouple-based device specially designed for this purpose.The effects of cigarette paper permeability on cigarette burning temperature and smoke yields(tar,nicotine and CO deliveries) were analyzed.The results showed that:1) during smouldering,with the increase of paper permeability,the high temperature zone(HTZ) expanded,while the 200-260 ℃ zone shrank;2) during puffing,HTZ expanded first and then shrank when paper permeability increased from 30 CU to 137 CU;200-260 ℃ zone shrank when paper permeability increased from 30 CU to 55 CU,however,it maintained generally unchanged when the permeability increased from 55 CU to 137 CU.
