The hilly and gully region of the Loess Plateau is an area suffering serious soil and water loss and the ecological environment is quite vulnerable.The vegetation restoration in this area is a difficult problem having not been solved.Based on reviewing the researches of vegetation restoration at home and abroad,this paper summarized tha problems existed in vegetation restoration in this region.Countermeasures were put forward.
To obtain 3D map including depth information, is one of the key theory and technology in machine vision field. We focused on structured light spatial encoding method, because for 3D information acquiration of the tested object, only one image is needed to be captured by the camera by this method, so it has some advantages such as high resolution, easy implementation and fast measurement. A kind of new method of color encoding is adopted to measure the large object surface. The color stripe encoded pattern with 6 colors, they are three primary colors: red, green, blue and their contrary colors: yellow, magenta and cyan, witch have an important character that the combination of three color stripe order is unique. The pattern is projected to an object by a digital projector. The image of the object is captured by a CCD color digital camera. The 3D coordinates of the object can be obtained by decoding and calculating the parameters from the color image captured. Object is measured by pieces using the characteristic points on the object. Combination with edge detection and center of circle detection to make sure the cut-off line, the 3D measurement of large object surface is achieved.
The natural agricultural resources in the windy and sandy region along the Great Wall in northern Shaanxi are investigated,and the main advantage and the limiting factors are discussed in brief.The utilization trategy and main options of natural agricultural resources are put forward here for the sustainable development of regional agriculture development with higher competition ability in the market.It will provide a scientific basis for agricultural natural resources utilization.
According to the local agricultural situation,the method of fuzzy and comprehensive assessment was adopted to evaluate the agricultural sustainability of the indexes including six counties in that region with six indexes which were rural labor force,per capital GDP,average water resource for farmland,irrigation farmland area,water and soil loss ratio of the six counties.By using the concept of closeness degree the sustainable degree of the six counties was sequenced and the results were analyzed.The results indicated that Fugu and Yuyang had higher agricultural sustainability with the closeness of 1.679 771 and 1.206 079;the agricultural sustainability of Shenmu and Hengshan was comparatively normal with the closeness of 0.200 747 and-0.437 277;Dingbian and Jingbian had the lowest agricultural sustainability with the closeness of-1.142 601 and-1.506 720.According to the current situation of agricultural sustainability in that region,countermeasures about labor,economy,resource and environment must be carried out to improve the local agriculture and fulfill the target of converting traditional agriculture to modern agriculture as soon as possible.
