The 6 mm thick 2219 aluminum alloy which was processed by friction stir welding was welded cross the FSW seam by variable polarity plasma welding, then getting cross welds. Cross welds and variable polarity plasma were comparative studied. The results showed that there were porosity defects near the cross-weld fusion line. Because of the strong microstructure changes occurred after friction stir welding, cross weld's microstructure had variations compared with variable polarity plasma weld's microstructure. And cross-weld tissue have more(α-Al+Al2Cu)eutectic phase, larger phase size,θ(Al2Cu)strengthening phase is less. They would make the joint's mechanical properties decreased.
Objective To compare the effect and safety of pirarubicin (THP) and mitomycin (MMC) by bladder instillation after transurethral resection of superficial bladder urothelial carcinoma. Methods Fourty seven patients of superficial bladder urothelial carcinoma after transurethral resection were randomly divided into two groups to receive intravesical instillation of THP or MMC,respectively.Periodical cystoscopy and blood, urine, liver and kidney function tests were performed in all, observe the efficacy and side effects. Results The tumor recurrent rate in THP group and MMC group were(8.7%)and(16.7%),respectively.The tumor recurrent rate of THP group differed significantly from the MMC group(P0.05). The recurrent rate of the bladder irritation in THP group and MMC group were(8.7%)and(12.5%),respectively.The recurrent rate of the bladder irritation of THP group differed significantly from the MMC group(P0.05).and there was 1 case of pirarubicin dysuria in THP.Conclusion Intravesical administration of THP after operation was mole effective than MMC,which had the merit of short duration, shorter period of treatmeat, and more convenience for preventing tumor recurrence.
