Objective:To explore the effects of abdominal massage and meridian point message on recovery of gastrointestinal function in neonates after abdominal operation.Methods:On the basis of postoperative comprehensive nursing,60 neonates after abdominal operation were treated with abdominal massage and meridian point message,the recovery status of gastrointestinal function was observed.Results:In observation group,the bowel sound after operation restored soon,the recovery time of intestinal function,postoperative exhaust time and defecation time,the time of oral intake became shorter,feeding state became better,the hospitalization time became shorter,the cost of hospitalization decreased,compared with control group,there was significant difference(P0.05).Conclusion:Abdominal massage and meridian point message are helpful to recover gastrointestinal function of neonates after abdominal operation,increase feeding volume,shorten hospitalization time and reduce hospitalization expense.

The Sn-Al alloy of about 350 ℃ melting point was manufactured,and the fiber Bragg grating(FBG) sensor coated with nickel(Ni) plate was casted into the Sn-Al alloy.This method can improve the welting performance between the FBG sensor and the mental structure and enhance the mental structural materials' sensitivity.The temperature sensing tests indicate that the FBG sensor can transmit signals normally after it has been casted with Sn-Al alloy under the melting temperature of 350 ℃,and the temperature sensitivity of FBG has increased from 10.8 pm/℃ to 17.3 pm/℃ during warming process and to 17.4 pm/℃ during cooling process.
In this paper, a new hydrogen peroxide electrochemical sensor based on the synergistic modification of nitrogen-doped porous carbon (NPC) and carbon nanohybrid aerogel (CNA) is proposed. NPC has been successfully synthesized from porous polyacrylonitrile (PAN) precursor by pre-oxidation to obtain adequate pyridinic-N, which contributes to enhance the electrocatalytic activity. Simultaneously, CNA has been also prepared by self-assembly in a hydrothermal environment without any interference followed by vacuum freeze drying. The final products were characterized by diversiform techniques including scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and X-ray powder diffraction (XRD). The results showed that the NPC with 23.18% pyridinic-N exhibited well-defined and interconnected three-dimensional (3D) porous microstructure and CNA which encapsulates [Formula: see text]-Fe 2 O 3 particles was obtained. The sensor fabricated by NPC and CNA delivered a wide linear range from 60[Formula: see text][Formula: see text]M to 1680[Formula: see text][Formula: see text]M ([Formula: see text]) and 1680[Formula: see text][Formula: see text]M to 3335[Formula: see text][Formula: see text]M ([Formula: see text]) with sensitivities of 3.98[Formula: see text][Formula: see text]A mM[Formula: see text] and 5.56[Formula: see text][Formula: see text]A mM[Formula: see text], respectively. Furthermore, the obtained sensor showed low detection limit (4.478[Formula: see text][Formula: see text]M, [Formula: see text]/[Formula: see text]), good selectivity and repeatability, rapid response and satisfying practicability.
In this paper, we introduce Matten, a cutting-edge latent diffusion model with Mamba-Attention architecture for video generation. With minimal computational cost, Matten employs spatial-temporal attention for local video content modeling and bidirectional Mamba for global video content modeling. Our comprehensive experimental evaluation demonstrates that Matten has competitive performance with the current Transformer-based and GAN-based models in benchmark performance, achieving superior FVD scores and efficiency. Additionally, we observe a direct positive correlation between the complexity of our designed model and the improvement in video quality, indicating the excellent scalability of Matten.
