Facing the environmental problems of the civil engineering industry, we need to reform for civil engineering personnel training.First we from the talent-training objectives, professional skills training, and comprehensive quality training three aspects combined with the concept of circular economy.Secondly, we combine the concept of circular economy in talent cultivation, and put forward relevant measures.Hoping from the people themselves point of view, we can also solve the environmental problems brought by the development of civil engineering industry; promote the sustainable development of civil engineering industry and the environment.
The tourism industry is contributing to the rise in the national economy because of its outstanding advantages in increasing employment and winning regional economic vitality. But, there is no study to systematically evaluate the performance of China’s tourism economy. Therefore, this paper adopts a multilevel gray model and scientifically constructs a tourism economic performance evaluation index system. It is found that China’s tourism economic performance has the advantages of excellent development infrastructure conditions and abundant tourism resources but still has deficiencies in the aspects of social environment support, international market demand, and tourism environment support. The sustainable development potential of China’s tourism industry needs to be strengthened in three aspects in the future, namely, strengthening the government’s macroguidance, expanding the tourism high‐quality talent pool, and enhancing the construction of tourism infrastructure and service facilities.
Based on the traffic and transportation energy consumption, the carbon emissions of traffic and transportation energy consumption are obtained by using the estimation model of carbon emissions from 1999 to 2011 in Jilin Province, and the dynamic changes and the Environmental Kuznets Curve (EKC) of carbon emissions are analyzed. The result indicates that the carbon emission of traffic and transportation energy consumption increased continuously from 99.3750×10 4 t to 331.8255×10 4 t between 1999 and 2011 in Jilin Province, the change process is divided into three stages which include the stage of the stationary growth phase, accelerated growth stage and slow growth stage, the large consumption of diesel energy is the main reason of the rapid growth in carbon emissions. The EKC of carbon emission shows the inverted U shape roughly and the turning point appeared in 2011, after 2011, carbon emissions will decrease along with the economic growth. Based on the STIRPAT model, the study reveals that elasticity coefficients of driving factors such as population, per capita GDP, the unit GDP energy consumption, the investment of traffic and transportation, city rate, the number of private cars are 0.23440.2202-0.22470.16570.2864 and 0.2163, respectively. Jilin Province must implement effective measures to change the existing development mode of traffic and transportation, change the energy structure, and increase the innovation of scientific and technological, to strive for the realization of negative growth in carbon emissions of traffic and transportation energy consumption.
The significances of the development of recycle economy in Jilin western regions were analyzed,moreover,according to regional characteristics,the strategies for the development of recycle economy were put forward,which include a few aspects as follows:formulating policies and rules guided by the law of promoting recycle economy;strengthening the publicity,education and training of recycle economy principles,improving the level of understanding of recycle economy;constructing and developing the recycle economy in industry,following the road of new style industrialization;enhancing energy conservation and consumption reduction,developing clean energy;strengthening the construction of recycle economy in agriculture,realizing the unification of agricultural economy,ecological and social benefits.
In this study, we explore the visual appeal of character elements in digital human guides within the tourism industry, utilizing eye-tracking technology to understand how different character elements—such as facial expressions, clothing, and accessories—impact user attention and interaction. Our findings reveal significant differences in visual attraction to various character elements, with the face often holding the most visual interest. These insights not only contribute to the theoretical understanding of visual appeal and user engagement in digital guides but also offer practical design implications for creating more engaging and effective virtual guides in tourism. The study highlights the need for further multidimensional research to fully understand and optimize user experience in digital human interactions.
In recent years, the main grain-producing areas in the west of Jilin have gradually concentrated in the perennial irrigation areas and supplementary irrigation areas in the north, and the stress degree of grain irrigation water resources is gradually increasing. Therefore, this paper selects the arid and semiarid area in the west of Jilin Province as the research area and compares and analyzes the modeling process and simulation accuracy of the temporal and spatial distribution of food security production and total water resources. Based on the center of gravity model, this paper studies the temporal and spatial distribution of food security production and total water resources in Western Jilin. It can be seen that after 2018, rice and wheat show a fluctuating upward trend, and their values rise from 0.612 to 0.786 and 0.356 to 0.612, respectively; the rise of corn is small, showing an inverted “U” trend, which first increases from 0.693 in 2018 to 0.701 in 2019 and then decreases to 0.671 in 2021; By comparing the precipitation statistics in different years, the inverted “U” trend of corn irrigation water efficiency may be related to the sudden increase of precipitation. The center of gravity model is used to analyze the evolution trend of the center of gravity of grain production and water resources in Western Jilin from the national and regional levels, and the spatiotemporal coupling degree of the center of gravity of grain production and water resources is explored through the two-factor center of gravity coupling situation model.
Based on basic datum of transportation energy consumption,this paper measured transportation carbon emissionsfrom 1999 to 2015 in Jilin Province by using measurement model of carbon emissions, and analysed its temporal change.On this basis, grey relational analysis model was used to investigate evolution relationshipof transportation carbon emissionsand relevant factors in Jilin Province. The results indicated that temporal change of transportation carbon emissions was divided into three phases: smooth progression and slight elevationphase, rapid-growth phase, slow-growth phase, the quantities of transportationcarbon emissions increased from 993750t to 3592514t. Diesel, raw coal, electricity power and gasoline were the main factors that affecting total carbon emissions because they had a larger proportion of carbon emissions, in the above factors, temporal change tendency of diesel carbon emissions was basically the same as the total carbon emissions. There was a close relationship betweentransportation carbon emissionsand all relevant factors in Jilin Province, their order of grey relational valuewas GDP > urbanization rate > population number > unit GDP energy consumption > transportation investment > private cars quantity. On the basis of prediction model, according to the situation of existing economic development, transportation carbon emissions will show a low growth tendency in next five years in Jilin Province.
Electronically-controlled systems for light,medium and heavy duty are sorted and analyzed to meet national III emission legislation because fuel quality can not satisfy the legislation in a short period,and common rail and electronically-controlled unit pump will be main system for national 3 emission legislation.Requirements for filtering precision of filter for abroad system are analyzed from aspect of road and fuel quality on the basis of BOSCH products,and a conclusion is drawn that heavy-duty truck is most strict about filter when it runs on wicked environment.Design concept of fuel filter that can meet national III emission legislation is proposed from aspects of fuel supply system,coarse filter and fine filter based on experience of company.
Based on the data of environmental indicators and influence factors in Jilin Province, the gray correlation analysis was used. The results showed the major influence factors of environmental indicators included four aspects: industry ratio, the tertiary industry ratio, energy consumption per unit of GDP, the number of environmental scientific research. A series of effective measures in Jilin Province must be taken to optimize industrial structure, increase the innovations of science and technology, and improve the quality and quantity of environmental scientific research personnel, in order to ensure coordinate healthy progress between economic growth and environmental protection.
