In response to the information asymmetry problem in e-commerce market, the solution involves in the process of building the adverse selection model in e-commerce market and analyzing the effect of adverse selection on businesses and consumers. Then the results derived from establishing e-commerce transaction law, building third-party organization by using signal transmission and other measures.
How apply e-commerce to innovate business model, exploit new sources of profit is an important problem in the network economy for each company. In the EC environment, the industry boundaries become blurred, business model is becoming a strategic analysis unit replacing the traditional analysis on enterprise and industry, business model innovation is becoming a research hot spot. Through content analysis of business model, derive the essence of business models are the value proposition, value creation, value delivery and value maintaining. This paper analyses business model innovation from the perspective of customer value, propose innovation methods and tools to make up customer value gap.
