In order to avoid reducing the control accuracy of the clutch of AMT during starting,a clutch control method based on pressure was presented. The combined pressure of clutch was used as control objective to control the torque transmission in the new control method. The loss of torque and the decline of control accuracy caused by wear of clutch were avoided effectively. The simulation results show that the control method based on pressure of clutch can ensure the control precision when the clutch appears wear.
