Translation-focused English teaching at Chinese medicine college helps to create authentic teaching content,improve application ability,develop cultural awareness,promote Chinese civilization,and effectively follow the principle of providing different guidance for different students and instructing them in accordance with their aptitude so as to meet specific needs of individualized teaching.
With the rapid development of the Internet, although users can obtain information conveniently and quickly, they still cannot accurately obtain the target information they need in a short period of time in the face of massive information content. The use of embedded intelligent robots in the English news industry promotes the “Internet +” strategy, the goal of which is to connect everything. This article is aimed at studying the impact of embedded intelligent robots on the dissemination of English news. This article first analyzes embedded intelligent robots and news dissemination and then analyzes the collaborative filtering algorithm and text analysis technology of the recommendation system. Then, this article discusses the impact of embedded intelligent robot writing on English news dissemination and news media in the context of artificial intelligence. Direction of Development. Finally, in the experimental part, this paper implements a news recommendation system based on item recommendation algorithm and text analysis technology. Experiments have proved that the news recommendation algorithm of this system has a high hit rate and has great practical application value. This article sets each recommended page to 15 news, then randomly selects 5 users, and counts the number of news they visit, and the average number of news visited is 9.22. The results show that the embedded robot is helpful for English news dissemination, increasing the dissemination breadth by 20% and the dissemination accuracy by 30%.
At the time of the massive eastward expansion of the Protestantism prior to the outbreak of the Opium War, its missionaries, while introducing the Western learning into the Chinese world, consciously or unconsciously helped to introduce the Chinese learning into the West through a direct medium of English. Self-evidently, their introduction activities were to help Westerners to reside and preach in (China), and to assist Western big powers in their trade plunder. On the other hand, as well as promoting Sino-Western academic dialogues and exchanges, their activities served as a direct channel to the world for the Chinese learning .
After the 1860s, mission schools gradually added English to their curricula. But for the sake of effectively promoting Christianity, missionaries very soon began their debate on the necessity of English teaching. The debate reached its climax in 1890 at the Second General Conference of Protestant Missionaries in China, and very soon afterwards, the pro side won the debate. The purpose of the extensive and heated debate was not to promote English teaching in China, but to completely Christianize China.
Chinese and English Vocabulary,Part First,compiled by a Westerner in China,was a reader largest in publication scale and influential in pidginization of the Chinese Englishes.But it applied court dialect to indicate English pronunciation,whose phonetic limitations were obvious.Owing to its lack of social foundation for public recognition,it was only a connecting transition in gradual development of the Chinese Englishes.
Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy (ESWL) in treatment of Urinary calculi. Methods: A total of 2 725 cases of urinary calcali treated with ESWL from 1993 to 2004 were analysed retrospectively and discussed with review of the literature. Of the 2 725 cases, 922 had renal calculi, 1 789 had ureteral calculi, 14 had bladder calculi. Results: At the 3-month follow-up, the overall stone free rate after ESWL was 94. 4%(2572/2725), 109(4.0%) cases had residual fragments. 16(0.6%) cases was failure then treated with open surgery. Conclusion:ESWL is highly efficient with high success rate, and it has less adverse effects and no severe complication, ESWL is a safe and effective treatment for urinary tract calculi.
Protestant missionaries came to China one after another and began to establish missionary schools for women to promulgate Christianity and cultivate women Christians with western invasion.Mission schools for women as a part of propagandizing career,primitive and short-lived,developed and became an important part of ecclesiastic education.Mission schools for women are the carrier of cultural invasion of western empires,but they push the development of Chinese education objectively.
Examination results show that English teaching in independent colleges achieves the lowest efficiency in listening in comparison with the teaching of other English techniques,which not only restricts the cultivation of students' application abilities,but also affects the overall teaching level.It is proposed that independent college English listening teaching needs to apply a top-down mode,which is to improve listening on the basis of the cultivation of learner autonomy and application abilities.
In the mid-1860s,the reformists realized from their practice that the essence of Western learning lay in arithmetic and presented a memorial to set up the Astronomy-and-Arithmetic department at Capital Tongwen Hall,which consequently stirred up a heated debate with the conservatives.Almost simultaneously,missionary schools in the port cities introduced English teaching into their school curricula and panned to teach Western learning through the medium of English,which also fanned up all-round debate on the necessity of English teaching for the promotion of Christianity.On comparison,what they debated was about the same aspect on which medium should be adopted to teach Western learning,meanwhile having different intensions there was vast difference between their debating time.Therefore the two debates achieved different results the former promoting the latter with the respective features on the tendency towards compromise and non-factionalism.
