Liver fibrosis is a chronic inflammatory response,which is characterized by the imbalance of extracellular matrix( ECM) synthesis and degradation,resulting in pathological deposition in liver and leading to liver dysfunction,which ultimately develops into cirrhosis,and even liver cancer. The pathogenesis of hepatic fibrosis is unclear now. With the development of immunology,the role of T cells in the pathogenesis of hepatic fibrosis has increasingly been studied in recent years. Two types of T cell subsets,Th17 cells and Treg,in the pathogenesis of liver fibrosis action have been involved. This paper reviews the research progress made and the interaction of these two cells in liver fibrosis.

Objective To prepare poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid)/β-tricalcium phosphate material loaded with isoniazid and to evaluate its function in vitro and in vivo.Methods The lactic acid/glycolic acid copolymer was dissolved in 1,4-dioxane mixed with β-tricalcium phosphate and isoniazid powder to prepare a liquid slurry.The liquid slurry was mixed well-distributed under ultrasound,and then was put into a cylindrical artificial bone carrier to form the artificial bone materials.The morphology of the material was observed by electron microscopy scanning and the pharmacokinetics was analyzed with HPLC.Thirty-six New Zealand rabbits made femora condyle defects model were divided randomly into three groups(12 rabbits in each group).Group Ⅰ: loaded in active artificial bone without isoniazid.Group Ⅱ: loaded in active artificial bone with isoniazid.Group Ⅲ: non-loaded any materials as blank control.The repair of bone defects were observed and evaluated by imaging,histological scoring,bone growth rate after 4,8 and 12 weeks of operation.Results The artificial material can release INH constantly for 12 weeks.At the 12th week,all bone defects in the experimental groups(groupⅠand group Ⅱ) were radiographically repaired.The histological scoring and bone growth rate were 7.3±0.6,7.1±0.8,2.0±0.4 and 83.0%±7.0%,84.0%±6.0%,10.0%±1.1% in three groups,respectively.There were significant differences between groupⅠand group Ⅲ,also in group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ among histological scoring and bone growth rate(t values of histological scoring were 14.700,11.404,P0.01.t values of bone growth rate were 20.604 and 24.262,P0.01).But the parameters were similar in groupⅠand group Ⅱ(t values of histological scoring were 0.400,P0.05.t values of bone growth rate-0.217,P0.05).Conclusion Poly(lactic-co-glycolicacid)/β-tricalcium phosphate/isoniazid slow-release material can effectively repair bone defects in rabbits,its degradation rate well matches the bone formation rate and maintains INH release.
The frequently cited fireball-shock model of Gamma-Ray Burst (hereafter, GRB) can explain well the main features and processes after the burst. This model, however, is challenged by the latest high-resolution observational results during the last few years, which present some clues on the incompleteness of its theoretical considerations. For example, one basic assumption of the fireball model is using the standard synchrotron radiation mechanism to approximate the high energy emissions from GRBs. This is equivalent to claim that the magnetic field inside GRB is uniformly distributed, which smears out most of the important information of magnetic field configuration other than the field strength. In the study of GRB shocks, it is generally believed that most of the physical quantities, such as density and pressure, are inhomogeneous throughout the shocked region. Then why is it plausible to assume the shocked magnetic field alone to be homogeneous, which originates from perturbation mechanism? In this paper, we analysis this problem in details, and regard that the radiation induced by curvature of shocked magnetic field lines plays a significant role in GRB emissions. The traditional fireball-shock model meets difficulties in explaining some latest observational results. This may be caused by ignorance of that important portion of radiation above. Making application of the formulae of synchro-curvature radiation, which can treat analytically the particle radiations in the curved magnetic field, we fit well a series of new GRB spectra, and present a unified interpretation toward the turnoff point and energy excess in the high-energy portion of the spectra. These features above are difficult to explain within the past synchrotron radiation framework. Furthermore, the fitting of a series of GRB spectra allows us to give some new constraints on the magnetic structure of the emission district, origin of the shocked magnetic field, and the mechanism of shock acceleration.

Objective To investigate fatigue status of seabased helicopter pilots during escort mission in Gulf of Arden and influential factors to explore the rule of fatigue occurrence during long-term navigation. Methods The fatigue status of 31 seabased helicopter pilots of Chinese Navy taking part in escort missions in Gulf of Arden from 2008 to 2011 was investigated on 1 d before the long navigation,on 6thd,12 thd,18thd,30 thd,60thd and 90 thd during the navigation and on 1std after the long navigation with Fatigue Self-assessment Scale( 2012 edition),and the influential factors were analyzed. Results The incidence rate of fatigue during long-term navigation was 93. 95%,and total incidence rate of overt symptoms was 22. 58%. The highest incidence rate was drowsiness( 88. 31%),the lowest score was registered on the 6thd during the mission( P 0. 05),and the highest score was on 1 d after the navigation( P 0. 05); the most fluctuated value was uneasiness,and the value was significantly elevated from 12 thd during the mission( P 0. 05),and the top point was registered on the 18thd( P 0. 05),and then the value dropped back to a lower level on the 90 thd till 1 d after navigation; the unpleasantness scores on 18 thd and 30 thd during the mission significantly increased( P 0. 05),and then the score returned to middle level till 1 d after navigation; there was no significant difference in taediumvitae score during the navigation( P 0. 05); the score of visual fatigue was significantly elevated from 60 thd during the mission( P 0. 01),and elevated score remained until 1std after the navigation( P 0. 01). The average fatigue scores of pilots in long-term navigation was not related to age,education and flight time( P 0. 05),but it was significantly correlated with major and body mass index( BMI) positively( r = 0. 224,0. 352,P 0. 05). Conclusion The prevention and intervention of medical health service for pilots during long-term navigation should be based on occurrence rule and influential factors to relieve fatigue symptoms maximatily in order to maintain good physical health of the pilots and ensure flight safety.
