This paper introduces the conception of the network security,expounds the types of the network security,analyzes on the factors influencing the network security,and puts forward some methods for guaranteeing the security of the network information.
School- land cooperation is an effective mechanism for risk prevention and control of student-origin-based-loan. Howev-er,there are also some problems as follows:unclear main responsibilities of the cooperation,lack of coordination and local office person-nel,the absence of management,lack of integrity of the university education and other issues. Thus,only through the establishment of coor-dination mechanism,the implementation of the network information management,the establishment of the incentive and restraint mecha-nism of university funding,can it ensure the effective operation of the school- land cooperative work mode.
Objetive:To observe and evaluate the condylar postion changes by CBCT in Class Ⅱ division 2 patients who received orthodontic treatment.Method:17 cases of Class Ⅱ division 2 patients were received orthodontic treatment.Bilateral CBCT of TMJ at intercuspal position were taken before and after treatment,respectively.The TMJ spaces were measured and statistically analysed.Result:The linear distances of TMJ spaces show significant difference before and after orthodontic treatment(P 0.05).The ratio between anterior and posterior TMJ spaces show significant differences compared to pretreatment(P 0.05).The condyles′position were in centric.The symptoms of TMD were alleviated.Conclusion:The condylar position in Class Ⅱ division 2 patients could be orthodontically changed,moving anterior-inferiorly and approaching RCP.Orthodontic treatment can also recover the harmony relationship among occlusion,muscles and TMJ.Meanwhile,application of CBCT can directly get quantitative change of TMJ and make objective estimate to orthodontic treatment outcomes.
In the field of traditional Chinese medicinal theory of zang-fu organs, and meridians and collaterals,the lung is closely correlated with the kidney through qi movement and meridians,and through the generation and restriction in the five elements. In the modern medical research,it is also reported that the lung is closely related with the kidney in the compensation for keeping acid-base equilibrium,and in the occurrence, development and progress of autoimmune disorder and urinemia. Therefore, we discussed the relationship between the lung and the kidney from the aspects of physiology,pathology, clinical therapeutics by combining the theory of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine.
The reactions of 2,2′-dihydroxy [1, 1′-binaphthalene ]-3, 3′-dicarbonylbis(salicylaldehydehydrazone)(H4L)with Zn(Ⅱ)and Cu(Ⅱ)salts gave two new complexes {[Zn2L(DMSO)(H2O)]·2DMSO·2H2O}n(1)and [Cu2L(DMSO)2](2).Complex 1 crystallizes in the triclinic space group Pī.Complex 2 crystallizes in the monoclinic space group C2/c.Complex 1 shows a one-dimensional structure with dinuclear subunits.Complex 2 presents a discrete dinuclear structure.The Zn(Ⅱ)ion in1 is five-coordinated in square pyramidal geometry by one oxygen atom from one H2 O molecule,two oxygen atoms and one nitrogen atom from one dihydrazone ligand,and one phenolic hydroxyl oxygen atom from another dihydrazone ligand.The Cu(Ⅱ)ion in 2 is coordinated by one oxygen atom from DMSO molecule,two oxygen atoms and one nitrogen atom from one dihydrazone ligand,forming aplanar square geometry.

Objective: To investigate the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine Shenshuaikang liquid(肾衰康) improving chronic renal failure. Methods: A rat model of chronic renal failure was established by 5/6 renal resection, another group was given sham operation. The rats were randomly divided into three groups(the treatment group, the control group,the sham operation group). The treatment group was given Shenshuaikang liquid, the control group and the sham operation group were given water. The content of blood urea nitrogen (BUN), serum creatinine(SCr), transforming growth factorβ1(TGFβ1), fibronectin(FN), laminin (LN) and renal pathological change were observed in the three groups after 90 days. Results: Compared to those in the control group, the concentration of BUN and SCr were lower, they were (11.26± 2.96)mmol/L vs. (18.33±3.93)mmol/L and (95.26±7.99)μmol/L vs. (127.90±23.29)μmol/L (all P0.01); serum TGFβ1 and FN levels were decreased,they were (4.59±0.90) μg/L vs. (8.16± 3.14) μg/L and (9.76±1.88)mg/L vs. (32.11±12.50)mg/L (all P0.01); serum concentration of LN reduced, they were (16.67±9.65)μg/L vs. (22.27±6.80)μg/L (P0.05). Renal interstitial in the control group increased and complicated with significant fibrosis. On the contrary the renal pathological change was slight in the treatment group,renal interstitial had no fibrosis but a few glomeruli segmental mesangial proliferation and segamental sclerosis. Conclusion: Shenshuaikang liquid can decrease the serum concentration of TGFβ1, FN and LN, and then ameliorate the renal damage. It can also inhibit interstitial fibrosis and prevent the progress of chronic renal failure.
OBJECTIVE To observe the incidence of central venous catheter-related infections in the wards of department of gastroenterology and analyze the risk factors so as to put forward corresponding prevention measures.METHODS The clinical data of 964patients who underwent the central venous catheterization in the department of gastroenterology from Jan 2008to Dec 2012were retrospectively analyzed,then the risk factors for the central venous catheter-related infections were explored,and the data were statistically analyzed by using SPSS17.0software.RESULTS Of the 964patients who underwent the central venous catheterization in the department of gastroenterology,the central venous catheter-related infections occurred in 82cases with the infection rate of 8.51%;the incidence of the central venous-catheter-related infections increased with the age of the patients,the infection rate was 2.78%in the patients with less than 40years of age,significantly increasing to 12.43%in the patients with more than 80years of age(P0.01).The incidence of central venous catheter-related infections was associated with the primary disease,the incidence of catheter-related infections was the highest in the patients with pancreatitis(15.63%),followed by the patients with malignant tumors(10.82%)and the patients with gastrointestinal hemorrhage(4.55%).The incidence of infections was 5.73%in the patients with the time of central venous catheter indwelling less than 20days,17.32%in the patients with the time more than 20days,and there was significant difference(P0.01).CONCLUSIONThe incidence of the central venous catheter-related infections in the wards of department of gastroenterology is associated with the age,primary disease,and time of catheter indwelling.It is necessary to perform the standardized operation of procedures,rigidly monitor this group of patients,and execute the sterile operation so as to further reduce the incidence of the central venous catheter-related infections.
