To explore the changes of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and computed tomography (CT) after transplantation of VX2 carcinoma into lumbar vertebrae of rabbits under CT guidance and examine its relationship with the onset of paralysis.A total of 52 rabbits were randomly divided into 4 groups. Under CT guidance, pieces of VX2 carcinoma were transplanted into the first or second lumbar vertebra in Groups A, B and C (n = 14 each) while sham operation was performed in Group D (n = 10). The anticipated endpoints of group A was natural death or Day 50 post-operation, group B Day 3 after onset of paralysis, group C Day 14 post-transplantation and group D natural death or Day 50 post-operation. CT and MR scans were performed at an interval of 7 days and hind limb functions monitored daily post-operation until endpoints. Pathohistological examinations of vertebrae were performed at endpoints. All lumbar vertebrae were successfully transplanted under CT guidance. Thirty-two rabbits with spinal tumor and 9 surviving rabbits in the control group were monitored until endpoints. Abnormal signals on target vertebrae appeared on MRI in all 41 rabbits at Day 7 post-operation while positive CT findings were absent. No abnormal MRI/CT findings were found in 9 control rabbits from Day 14 post-operation to the end of study. Significant differences (P < 0.001) existed between the rates of tumor visualization with 65.6% (21/32) on MR and 3.1% (1/32) on CT at Day 14, 100% (21/21) on MR and 42.9% (9/21) on CT at Day 21. The rates of tumor visualization were 100% on both MR and CT from Day 28 to endpoints. The average survival time of Group A was significantly shorter than Group D (40 ± 4 vs 50 days, P < 0.01). The onset time of paralysis time in Group A (22 ± 5 days) had no significant difference with Group B (22 ± 5 days) (P = 0.952).A rabbit model of spinal metastasis is established with high rates of success and reproducibility. Vertebral tumor may be located earlier on MR than CT after transplantation of VX2 carcinoma. The examinations of MRI and CT after Day 7 post-operation are controversial. The survival time of rabbits with paralysis caused by spinal tumor is significantly shortened.
In order to make full use of social idle resources and maximize the usage and efficiency of resources. It is necessary to design and implement an intelligent sharing cabinet that can be placed in community and university dormitories. Users can share idle items or take items shared by others, which makes it convenient for people in urgent need of goods and people with idle goods. Through the form of "sharing platform + entity", we get to develop the national sharing economy. According to the functional requirements, this paper mainly introduces the software design of the main control processing module, including the development of Raspberry Pi and the software design of human-computer interface. The voltage stabilizing module, Internet of things module, display module and cabinet entity are combined and debugged, so that users can scan the QR code to access. It achieves the purpose of what you see is what you get, to achieve resource saving.
【Objective】To research the incidences of stress urinary incontinence(SUI) in different female groups.【Methods】Questionnaire was used to investigate the incidences of SUI in healthy female groups in Changsha and Fulidun of Africa from 2004 to 2005.【Results】The incidence of female SUI in Fulidun was higher than that in Changsha with positive correlation with age.Its pathogenies were identical regardless of the different occupations, districts or medical conditions. The incidence of SUI increased with the times of pregnancy and delivery, and had correlation with dystocia, perineal laceration, precipitate labor, too early labour after delivery, the age of puerpera(≥30 years),smoking, drinking, vascular diseases, bronchitis, diabetes, urethritis, genital tumour, uterine prolapse.【Conclusion】SUI is a sort of common disease in female, its incidence increases with age.Hormone replacement therapy could decrease the incidence of SUI.

With the continuous enhancement of China's comprehensive national strength and the rising sense of well-being of our citizens, reasonable concerns about the hearing impaired in China should also be considered. Yolov5, as the latest work of Yolo series, has shocked the world with its readable code, super high image processing efficiency and simple structure since it came out in 2020. The Jetson TX2 equipped with embedded GPU has the ability to realize more complex and deep neural networks. This paper uses Jetson TX2 and yolov5 algorithm as the core, uses high-definition camera to capture sign language information in real time, and then carries out target extraction and gesture recognition on video frames. The image recognition rate reaches 0.05 seconds per frame, and the average gesture detection accuracy reaches 98%. The experimental results show that the sign language recognition system based on Jetson TX2 and Yolov5 has a high recognition rate and accuracy, which is sufficient to meet the basic sign language communication of hearing impaired people in daily life.
MUC Application is a course need adequate practice. It's hard to achieve the objective of the course by the traditional class teaching. The paper suggests an approach based on the idea of CDIO.First, the basic concept of CDIO is introduced. Then, the organization of the course, the design of the project unit, learning path, and team working skill is discussed.
Compressive sampling (CS) has been wildly investigated in wideband signal spectrum sensing. A variety of signal reconstruction algorithms are reported for CS. Usually, the eigenvalues of covariance matrix of compressive measurements are used to estimate signal model order. However, due to the noise introduced in the sampling stage and the finite length of sampling data, the performance of signal model order estimation would be degraded. In this paper, we present a model order estimation approach for CS signal reconstruction. The proposed approach is based on minimum description length (MDL) criterion, which is used to distinguish between signal subspace and noise subspace. We evaluate the performance of the proposed algorithm in the framework of modulated wideband converter (MWC), which is designed based on CS. It is shown that the signal model order can be reliably estimated using the proposed algorithm.
In order to facilitate the daily communication of hearing-impaired people, a model based on target detection for real-time recognition of sign language is studied to allow ordinary people who do not know sign language to communicate fluently with hearing-impaired people. YOLOv5 target detection network model has a series of advantages such as fast and efficient detection and easy deployment. This paper improves yolov5s network model applied to sign language recognition detection by adding an attention mechanism module to spatially and channel to extract effective information. And improve the loss function to improve the regression progress. The model is trained with a homemade sign language dataset, and the trained model is used to detect and recognize sign language and convert between sign language, speech and text. In tests in real-world environments, the improved yolov5s-based sign language network detection model can quickly and effectively recognize more than forty basic everyday sign languages with a detection accuracy of 96.50% and an average detection accuracy mAP of 98.92%. The results show that the improved yolov5s-based sign language detection model can accurately and effectively recognize sign language gestures in different environments, and its easy deployment in mobile devices can help hearing impaired people in their daily communication.
