A lot of universities are considering and exploring how to do the talent education job in research universities so as to train innovative talents for the nation and society.This paper explores talent education of research、oriented universities in undergraduate education,postgraduate education and teachers-building procession.
Vocational education plays a decisive role in economic and social development of China,and its importance has been universally recognized in a society.Based on the examination of the status quo of vocational education in our country,this paper suggests that the vocational education school-enterprise cooperation model should be established and developed.In order to ensure the set-up of this mode,it is necessary to flexibly adjust policies and set up the appropriate legal norms.Vocational education should focus on running mechanisms,running systems,running ideas,and other adjustments in the process of transformation from traditional education mode to the school-enterprise cooperation mode.
Vocational education is an educational form catering to technical personnel.This paper divides educational system into vocational education and liberal education.It discusses the characteristics of vocational education contrasted with liberal education from such four aspects as the intensions,the occupational traits,the goals,the people-orientated quality,and the teaching points of vocational education.
After many years of reform and innovation, China's vocational education has seen its flouring spring. However, due to historical and realistic factors,vocational education is still facing many difficulties. How to overcome all the difficulties in the development is a major problem ahead of us to be solved.The author believes that,to construct a legal system of China's vocational education is the only way to its healthy development.
