This article dicusses the screening and determination of biocontrol effect for biocontrol Trichoderma strains tolerant to carbendazim. With PDA medium containing fungicides and ultraviolet radiation,Trichoderma of resistant to agricultural chemical are obtained carbendazim stress from initial antagonistic strain.Five Trichoderma strains are obtained. The carbendazim tolerance rises at least 40 times than parent. The resistance is not decline after transfering of culture ten times continuously.T_(42)-2 is determined the best strain,in confronted culture and live test, whose biocontrol effect is 92.13%,as a result which can prevent cucumber gray mold efficiently. There is also carbendazim, sumilex and triadimefon reciprocation resistance.
The gap characteristics and natural disturbance regimes of 45 gaps in the natural forests of Pinus yunnanensis were studied , in Baimahe Forest Farm and Xiangshuihe Forest Farm of Yongren County , in Yunnan Province .The results showed that these gaps were elliptic in horizontal form .The average area of expand gap (EG) and canopy gap (CG)were 469.42 m2 and 181.90 m2 respectively , the area percentage of both in the forest landscape were 28.23 % and 10.49 % respectively , and annual natural disturbance frequency of both were 0.672 1 % and 0.247 9 % respectively .So the return interval of the gap was gotten , about 400.48 a .These gaps mostly formed 40 a ago , and made by 1 to 3 gap makers (mainly by one). The diameter of gapmakers was mainly from 30 to 50 cm, and the height of which was mainly from 20 to 30 m .The manners of gap formation in the percentage order from high to low were :uprooting (33.7 %), breakage at trunk base (27.9 %), breakage on trunk (18.6 %), standing die (17.4 %), and breakage on branch (2.4 %).The combination of the different manners can be found often .Finally , based on the theory of gap dynamics , some suggestions on the natural forest of
Pinus yunnanensis management were provided .[ Ch , 5 tab .10 ref .]
To systematically evaluate the relationship between cancer-associated fibroblasts (CAFs) and clinicopathological characteristics and prognosis of gastric cancer, so as to provide new directions and clinical evidence for the diagnosis and treatment of this disease.
Hypertriglyceridemia (HTG) is an important cause of acute pancreatitis (AP) in pregnant women. Due to the variable clinical features of acute pancreatitis, it is difficult to make a differential diagnosis when abdominal pain occurs in late pregnancy. Severe HTG induced acute pancreatitis during pregnancy is rare, but may be a fatal threat to both mothers and fetuses during the peripartum period, and can increase maternal and fetal mortality. If emotional disorder combined, difficulty of treatment increased. So, multidisciplinary diagnosis combination of psychiatric treatment could improve the diagnosis rate and cure rate of acute pancreatitis during pregnancy. We present the case of a 27-year-old Chinese woman in her first pregnancy, who was admitted to the hospital in the planned delivery period, but then developed progressive abdominal pain and whose biochemistry parameters were high enough to underwent a cesarean section as a result of AP a few hours after admission. The patient developed organ failure after a successful labor, which rapidly evolved to multi-organ failure, accompanied by depressive symptoms. Afterwards She appeared such as agitated, uneasy, and sad, and did not comply with the treatment, according to the classification of symptoms and course of disease, postpartum depression (PPD) was highly suspected. The patient benefited from multidisciplinary treatments that combined and integrated traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) with Western medicine therapies. The patient was discharged 35 days after her admission. This case highlights the importance of monitoring and managing excess dyslipidemia during pregnancy. A proactive strategy should be encouraged in the management of the patients with high risk of pancreatitis to improve the outcomes of patients. Our case report elucidates the possible long-term effects of HTG and reminds us of the need for long-term management of those affected.
Tin is the frontrunner for substituting toxic lead in perovskite solar cells. However, tin suffers the detrimental oxidation of SnII to SnIV . Most of reported strategies employ SnF2 in the perovskite precursor solution to prevent SnIV formation. Nevertheless, the working mechanism of this additive remains debated. To further elucidate it, we investigate the fluoride chemistry in tin halide perovskites by complementary analytical tools. NMR analysis of the precursor solution discloses a strong preferential affinity of fluoride anions for SnIV over SnII , selectively complexing it as SnF4 . Hard X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy on films shows the lower tendency of SnF4 than SnI4 to get included in the perovskite structure, hence preventing the inclusion of SnIV in the film. Finally, small-angle X-ray scattering reveals the strong influence of fluoride on the colloidal chemistry of precursor dispersions, directly affecting perovskite crystallization.
Objective To establish in vitro model for perineural invasion (PNI) of pancreatic cancer, and observe the process of PNI.Methods Mouse dorsal root ganglia (DRG) and pancreatic cancer Capan-2 cell line were co-cultured in Matrigel matrix. Two models were constructed:model 1 for observing areas of cell colonies and model 2 for observing distance of cell migration.Neurite outgrowth and cell colony growth were observed by invert microscope, images were analyzed by using Image pro plus software. Results Neurite outgrowth was not affected by co-culture.DRG neurite appeared radial growth under either co-culture or single culture. It was observed that Capan-2 cell could migrate to DRG,and grows around the nerve fiber as spindleshaped, then continue to migrate to DRG.At the 5th day,in the co-culture group of model 1,the colony area was (309.28 ±19.11) μm2,which was significantly bigger than that in single culture model [(208.57±7.94) μm2,P <0.01].At the 5 th day,in the co-culture group of model 2,Capan-2 migrated (284.1 ±12.9) μm to DRG,while in the side of blank Matrigel, cell migrated less than 150 μm,the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01 ).Conclusions The in vitro models for perineural invasion in pancreatic cancer were constructed successfully, which lay a good foundation for future studies.

People are paying more and more attention to medical examination with the advancement of our society. Medical examination in hospital involves many departments, which can cause untimely communications and the conflicts with other health services for patients. The manual summary of examination results is time-consuming, energy consuming and mistakable due to the changing examination items with demand and the process of physical examination. It is an inevitable choice to improve the efficiency and service quality of medical examination by optimizing the workflow of medical examinations relying on digital hospital platform. The function and station models of information system for medical examination were suggested in this article after the analysis of the needs of medical examination, including registry station, examination unit station, the station for principal doctors, the station for medical examination records and the station for maintenance of the information system of medical examination. Relying on the LIS and PACS system throughout the hospital, the workflow of medical examination including physical examinations, interviews with doctors, laboratory tests should be in accordance with the instruction about the items from the registry station on the software platform. Virtualization of examination units should be realized by using the stations of examination unit installed on the hardware of the workstations for outpatient doctors and in-patient doctors. The medical examination recommendations, instructions and examination summary will be made by principal doctors at their work stations according to the results of examinations, tests, medical history, positive signs, abnormal results, partial summaries and suggestions from individual departments. The final medical records and reports will be printed out at the health record distribution station. Finally, the optimized workflow for medical examination was suggested.
