Vision of Industrial Innovation Guided by Artificial Intelligence

This article proposes that only by prioritizing the formulation of data rights protection and circulation rules that adapt to the development characteristics of the artificial intelligence industry, can the compliance costs of enterprises be reduced, and ultimately, high-quality datasets can be developed and utilized to promote innovation in the artificial intelligence industry and to form a new engine for social progress in the 21st century. The action research includes supporting the development of public clouds, orderly guiding departments, units, and individuals to purchase public cloud computing resources and services, and avoiding duplicate construction of intelligent computing centers. The research project emphasizes the need to guide and support enterprises to increase cloud computing, computing power leasing, algorithm valuation, and arithmetic purchasing through social forces, reduce the cost pressure of user research and application development, deepen industrial integration, and expand application scenarios. This article proposes that data elements should not be limited to addition empowerment, but should focus on multiplier mechanisms. Firstly, we need to accelerate the expansion of artificial intelligence big data open innovation platforms, while encouraging enterprises and research institutions to share high-quality corpus resources. We also need to support professional data annotation and cleaning preprocessing work, ultimately opening up a high-quality data source for building big models.

RNA Sequencing Reveals the Regulation of Betaine on Chicken Myogenesis

Betaine is trimethylglycine and a universal methyl donor which could provide methyl and glycine for cells and animals. As a new star in epigenetics, N6-Methyladenosine has been reported to regulate multiple biological activities, but the regulatory mechanism of betaine on N6-Methyladenosine as well as myogenesis was little studied. In this study, we treated chicken primary myoblast cells with different concentrations of betaine (0, 10, 25, and 50 mmol/L) and found that myoblast cell proliferation was inhibited, although the cell cycle was promoted in the S phase by betaine, where the myotube area was increased as well as the differentiation marker genes MyoD, MyoG, MyHC, Myomarker, and Ckm. RNA sequencing obtained a total of 61 differentially expressed genes (DEGs); DEGs caused by 50 mmol/L betaine were mainly enriched in the regulation of skeletal muscle tissue regeneration and some amino acid metabolic processes. The gene expression pattern trends of all DEGs were mainly clustered into 2 profiles, with the increase in betaine concentration, the gene expression pattern either increased or decreased continuously. Overall, a low concentration betaine can increase the N6-Methyladenosine modification level and myotube area but depresses myoblast cell proliferation in vitro.

Influence of Anion/Cation Substitution (Sr²⁺ → Ba²⁺, Al³⁺ → Si⁴⁺, N^3– → O^2–) on Phase Transformation and Luminescence Properties of Ba₃Si₆O₁₅:Eu²⁺ Phosphors

A series of promising cyan, green, and yellow emission (Ba, Sr)3(Si, Al)6(O, N)15:Eu2+ phosphors were synthesized by a Pechini-type sol–gel ammonolysis method. Variations in luminescence properties and crystal structure caused by the modification of phosphor composition were studied in detail. The prefired temperatures of the precursors play a key role in the process of forming the final products. Under UV light excitation, the as-prepared Ba3Si6O15:Eu2+ phosphor presents a strong cyan emission located at 498 nm. Moreover, the as-prepared oxynitride phosphors, Eu2+-activated (Ba1–ySry)3Si6–xAlxO15−μNδ (x = 0–1.2, y = 0–0.6), display a broader excitation band covering the entire visible region. Under blue light excitation, Ba3Si6–xAlxO15−μNδ:Eu2+ phosphors show a intense and narrow green emission at 520 nm, and the luminescent intensity can be enhanced by increasing Al content within a certain range. However, (Ba1–ySry)3Si6O15−μNδ:Eu2+phosphors exhibit green (520 nm) to yellow (554 nm) emission with increasing Sr content. Unexpectedly, Eu2+ doped Ba3Si6O9N4-type Ba3Si6O15−μNδ–1300 °C phosphor exhibits a bluish green emission and strong thermal quenching behavior. The (Ba1–ySry)3Si6–xAlxO15−μNδ:Eu2+ phosphors exhibit a small thermal quenching, and the quantum yields measured under 460 nm excitation could reach up to 89% for green Ba3Si6–xAlxO15−μNδ:Eu2+ phosphor and 71% for yellow (Ba1–ySry)3Si6xO15−μNδ:Eu2+ phosphor. White LEDs with tunable color temperature and higher color rendering index were fabricated by combining the prepared cyan Ba3Si6O15:Eu2+/green Ba2.91Eu0.09Si6–xAlxO15−μNδ (x = 0.06)/yellow (Ba0.97–ySry)3Eu0.09Si6O15−μNδ (y = 0.4) phosphor and a red phosphor with a UV or blue LED chip, indicating that they are promising phosphors for white LEDs.

Suppression of Photoinduced Phase Segregation in Mixed-Halide Perovskite Nanocrystals for Stable Light-Emitting Diodes

Halide segregation is a critical bottleneck that hampers the application of mixed-halide perovskite nanocrystals (NCs) in both electroluminescent and down-conversion red-light-emitting diodes. Herein, we report a strategy that combines precursor and surface engineering to obtain pure-red-emitting (peaked at 624 nm) NCs with a photoluminescence quantum yield of up to 92% and strongly suppresses the halide segregation of mixed-halide NCs under light irradiation. Red-light-emitting diodes (LED) using these mixed-halide NCs as phosphors exhibit color-stable emission with a negligible peak shift and spectral broadening during operation over 240 min. By contrast, a dramatic peak shift and spectral broadening were observed after 10 min of operation in LEDs based on mixed-halide NCs synthesized by a traditional method. Our strategy is critical to achieving photo- and band-gap-stable mixed-halide perovskite NCs for a variety of optoelectronic applications such as micro-LEDs.

Regioselective Diels–Alder Reactions Directed by Carbonyl Groups on the Rim of Open‐Cage Fullerene Derivatives

Abstract A C 60 fullerene open‐cage derivative with an 18‐membered orifice reacts with electron‐rich dienes on the rim of the orifice selectively. Both the mono and the bis adduct have been obtained in good yields by controlling the ratio of the reactants and the reaction time. Single‐crystal structures show a head‐to‐tail and back‐to‐back dimer for the mono adduct of 1,4‐diphenylbutadine and a head‐to‐tail polymeric chain for the bis adduct of 2,3‐dimethylbutadiene.

Cation Substitution Induced Adjustment on Lattice Structure and Photoluminescence Properties of Mg₁₄Ge₅O₂₄:Mn⁴⁺: Optimized Emission for w‐LED and Thermometry Applications

Abstract Currently, Mn 4+ ‐activated red‐emitting materials are the research hotspot due to their promising application in phosphor‐converted white light‐emitting diodes (w‐LEDs). Here, a typical cation substitution strategy is reported to optimize Mn 4+ ‐doped germinate phosphor for improving luminescence performances. The effect of cation substitution for Ge 4+ ions by Ti 4+ , Sn 4+ , and Si 4+ ions on lattice structure, photoluminescence properties, and thermal stability of the as‐prepared Mn 4+ ‐doped germinates is systematically investigated. A significant improvement of emission intensity with Ti 4+ doping should benefit from the resonance emission enhancement effect. Some lattice distortion defects contribute to the thermal stability enhancement, which plays a role in driving the excited phonon traps to compensate the energy loss of nonradiative transition. Surprisingly, abnormal variation in intensity of anti‐Stokes and Stokes emission peaks with changing temperature is first observed, revealing a potential application in thermometry. The electroluminescence performances of as‐fabricated w‐LED devices using Mg 14 Ge 5 Ti 0.5 O 24 :Mn 4+ red phosphor are evaluated, which possess higher color rendering index ( R a = 87.3) and luminous efficiency (109.42 lm W −1 ) as well as lower color correlated temperature (3566 K) than those using Cs 2 GeF 6 :Mn 4+ and CaAlSiN 3 :Eu 2+ red phosphors. The results reflect the superiority of the studied phosphor in w‐LEDs and optical thermometry areas.
