Based on the analysis of steel corrosion course, four durability factors are introduced. The sensitivity analysis of basic parameters on the durability factors is carried out.All the results show that different basic parameters deviating from the design value influence the durability. The result could be useful to predict the durability for the design and construction of bridges.
Using FE soft ANSYS, the stress field and temperature field in stress frame prepared by ZG310-570 was simulated. The results show that new residual stress is about 6 MPa under air-cooled normalizing; due to chilling effect of surface quenching, the temperature differences between coarse bar and thin bar in stress frame, and between surface and core of the coarse bar are tremendous; in quenching process, the stress of the certain areas in the coarse bar is maximum at 2 s, more than 420 MPa, the stress frame casting has the bigger possibilities of fracture.
A digital viscometer of semi-solid was introduced, the instrument can accurately measure viscosity of different temperature and shearing rate. When drum of the viscometer rotated,it produced torque in the opposite direction.Torque sensor produced analog signals which enlarged and converted into digital signal by A/D converter, viscosity of semi-solid slurry was calculated.Data processing, viscosity value and corresponding temperature can be collected due to using torque and temperature sensor together, viscosity value beyond temperature range was removed and viscosity value under temperature range was retained.Through the test, measurement accuracy, stability and operating of digital viscometer can meet requirements of practical application.
According to the condition of nationalbridgs in China, how to carry on the bridge members destructive test of removed from real bridge is reviewed in details, including experiment content, steps, preparation work, loading course.Experimental data could be useful for future research on the durability of bridges, and could also be references for the similar type of research.
