The paper introduces example of support by using anchor net in a ditch project in Wuhan.Taking the Ⅶ area of the ditch as example,the paper checks the internal and out stability,it uses arc Sweden slice method in the check of internal entire stability,it has been proved by the checking results that the supporting method could assure safe of the excavation.
According to the geological conditions of cutting slope of Wutongshandao overpass,using multi-stage slope control of slope ratio,this paper introduced in detail the slope support scheme design,and based on monitoring data evaluation of slope support effect,summed up the prevention experience of this kind of slope,provided reference to similar slope engineering.
Based on traditional limit balanced theory,the method of landslide stability evaluation under the effect saturated infiltration flow effect considered underground water influences,the saturation line determination method and principle of reservoir water height change situation were discussed critically.The landslide stability analysis method under unsaturated infiltration flow effect was pointed out with unsaturated soil shear intensity theory.
Objective To investigate the clinical safety and long-term outcomes of early nonculprit vessel revascularization for multivessel disease( MVD) after primary percutaneous coronary intervention( PCI) for acute myocardial infarction( AMI). Methods A total of 704 patients treated with primary angioplasty by drug eluting stents for ST-elevation myocardial infarction with MVD were enrolled from January 2009 to December 2012 and were divided into two groups. 425 patients underwent PCI of the infarctrelated artery only( Infarct vessel PCI group) and 279 patients underwent stage PCI to non-culprit vessel within seven days of primary PCI( multivessel PCI group). The clinical safety and long-term outcomes of all patients were evaluated during follow up. Results The distribution in different Killip classes and LVEF at baseline were different between the two groups( P 0. 05). Compared with the multivessel PCI group,PCI restricted to the infarct-related artery only was associated with higher MACE( Major adverse cardiac event: Death and MI) rate( 3. 4% vs. 8. 0%,P = 0. 018). There were no differences between the two groups in recurrence of myocardial infarction,target vessel revascularization and stroke. Results of Cox regression models in the whole population revealed that multivessel PCI was the protective element for patients( RR = 0. 393,95% CI: 0. 181- 0. 854). Conclusions It is safe and possible to obtain an ideal clinical outcome for multivessel disease after AMI to have early intervention to non-culprit vessel after primary PCI of the culprit vessel.
