: Studies of socialization from a stratification perspective stress that while people accept socialization in a broad sense, individual behavior is affected and controlled by special strata relationships and strata culture. This paper sees rural college students as a subculture group and describes their new cultural experiences and the development of self-consciousness with the transformation of their living methods. This article contributes to the literature on social stratification and subculture.

Research on College Students' "Cultural Acceptance" under Consumption Culture——A "self" Transformation of Description and Thinking

Cultural acceptance is a kind of perspective in sociology.In this paper,the general self-transformation and self-crises of young college students under the influence of consumption culture will be revealed,from the perspective of cultural acceptance,so that the process of sub-cultural groups' growth and experience can be disclosed.Cultural acceptance does not only concern the consumption behavior and consumption culture as an objective experience of reality,but also as a thought by the insight of social and construction.

On the Stratum Culture and Farmers' Problems

The stratum culture is the cultural explanation of the social stratum in a given society and the cultural environment for the development of the stratum with certain social relations and life styles. A proper stratum culture can be used to reflect modernity. Behind farmers' problems in China, there exist stratum relations and the establishment of a stratum culture concerning a rational market economy and a legal society. Only by solving farmer's problems in China, can we form an integrated social structure and avoid a negative circle of stratum relations.

Chinese "Heterogeneous" Farmers in the Age of Post-Agricultural Tax

Who are farmers after the deduction of agricultural tax? This is Chinese way of thinking.On one hand,Chinese farmers in the period of social transformation are more likely heterogeneous group,on the other hand,the abolition of agricultural tax will not mean the termination of Chinese farmers and they will not terminate in the future two or three generations.Hence,we should study closely how to face farmers' heterogeneity as well as the development of Chinese new countryside.It means the beginning of a combined way of life.
