The main pollution emission reduction is a great act to carry out the scientific concept of development and build a harmonious socialist society.In this article,considering status,achievement and problems of the main pollution emission reduction in Suqian,suggestion and countermeasures on further strengthening the work of the main pollution emission reduction were pointed out.
With the development of the society,the speed of lake eutrophication is accelerated.The high contents of nitrogen and phosphorus in the water result in eutrophication occurrence.The causes and the harms of lake eutrophication are stated,the sources of nitrogen and phosphorus are analyzed and the series of methods to control eutrophication are pointed out in this study.
