Objective To explore examination methods and ultrasongraphic findings of fetal anomalies.Methods The sonograms of 28 cases of fetal anomalies were analyzed retrospectively,and the diagnoses were contrasted with postnatal outcomes and pathological results.Results Of 28 cases of fetal anomalies,the ultrasonic diagnoses of 25 cases were accordant with postnatal outcomes and pathological results,and the accordance rate of diagnosis was 89.3%.3 cases of fetal anomalies were missed diagnosis,and the missed diagnosis rate was 10.7%.Conclusion Colour Doppler ultrasonography is of high value for fetal anomalies,and it should become a routine examination method of pregnant women in the second trimester of gestation.
Objectives To assess the value of high frequency colour Doppler ultrasound in the detection of vascular injuries.Methods 11 patients with vascular injuries were examined by high frequency colour Doppler Ultrasound,and were compared with angiogram and post-operative results .Results in 11 patients,8 cases were patients with pseudoaneurysm,2 cases were patients with the vein breaks ,1 cases were patients with the vein breaks and the arterial breaks .Conclusion High frequency colour Doppler ultrasound has high value in diagnosing patients with pseudoaneurysm .Though vascular break is not able to shown directly,can make a definite diagnosis by indirect sign with selectivity angiogram,.
H28A is a new WA-type early cropping indica CMS line in rice, which is developed by crossing Jin 23A to a selected F 3 plant of Yue 4B/Fuyi B∥316B through successive selection and backcrossing. It is characteristic of stable and complete male sterility, good plant type, early maturity, good flowering habits, high stigma exsertion rate and outcrossing rate, relatively good grain quality and good combining ability. In February, 2004, it was certified by Hunan Crop Variety Release Committee. Its F 1 hybrids show high and stable yield, good grain quality and wide adaptability. Among them, H28A/R207 was certified in Guangxi in February, 2004; H28A/91-13 was evaluated and ranked as a third class fine quality rice variety in Hunan Province in 2002.
