Objective To study the changes of serum BNP in elderly patients with heart failure,and to evaluate BNP in diagnosis and assessment of the value in the clinical application of senile heart failure.Methods Compared different NYHA heart function classification senile heart failure patients' serum BNP,cTn1,MYO laboratory indicators;and Studied the BNP and LVEDD,LVEF correlation.Results BNP in heart failure I group and the control group showed no significant difference(P 0.05),one of the other two groups were statistically different(P 0.05);cTn1,MYO,IV Ⅲ group,heart failure group compared with other groups was statistically significant(P 0.05);179 cases of BNP and LVEDD in elderly patients with heart failure,LVEF by the Spearman correlation analysis,LVEDD was positively correlated with BNP(r = 0.714,P 0.05),LVEF was negatively correlated with BNP(r =-0.639,P 0.05).Conclusion BNP has important clinical value in the early diagnosis of heart failure,worthy of clinical application.
OBJECTIVE:To investigate the characteristics and rules of ADR,and to promote rational drug use and improve the monitoring and reporting in our hospital. METHODS:In retrospective study,205 cases of ADR reported by our hospital from 2011 to 2013 were analyzed stastically in the respects of patient's gender,age,drug species,route of administration,organs or systems involved in ADR and clinical manifestations. RESULTS:Among 205 ADR cases,128 cases were female(62.44%)while 77 cases were male(37.56%). Most ADR occurred in the elderly(over 60 years)and children(under 16 years),accounting for 27.32%and 21.95%. 132 cases of anti-infective drugs accounted for 64.39%;13 cases of TCM injection accounted for 6.34%. 174 cases of ADR were caused by intraveneous administration,accounting for 84.88%;6 cases were caused by muscle and subcutaneous injection,accounting for 2.93%. Main clinical manifestations of ADR were lesion of skin and appendents(147 cases),accounting for 71.71%,followed by 20 cases of digestive system(9.76%)and 17 cases of systemic damage(8.29%). CONCLUSIONS:The factors,such as people of special age,drug types and route of administration,will affect the occurrence of ADR. Great importance should be attached to ADR reporting and monitoring,rationally use anti-infective drugs and reduce the amount of injection in order to decrease and avoid the occurance of ADR.
