Performance evaluation is an important part of research management and effective performance evaluation can promote the development of scientific research.Performance evaluation is a hot research topic and is an urgent practical problem need to be solved.In this paper,a performance evaluation method for social sciences research projects base on AHP and DEA was proposed.First a hierarchical evaluation system was built and the weight of each evaluation index parameter was obtained by AHP method;then the DEA model and DEAP software were used to compute the research performance according different input-output.The method can get an accurate sort result of research projects performance.
ObjectiveTo observe the effects of Sishun Qingliangyin on the rat chronic toxicity test.MethodsThe rats were orally given for 3 weeks with the doses of 40,28 and 19.6 g/kg(being 44.8,31.4 and 22 times of clinic dose) and for 6 days of stopping administration,the rat weights,organ coefficients,the indexes of hematology and biochemistry were determined,and the pathological examination were carried out.ResultsThe outer appearance and behavior,weights, organ coefficients,the indexes of hematology and biochemistry in rats has no significant difference by comparing with control group;the pathological examination was not discovered significant pathological changes with relation of drug toxicity and the delayed toxicity reaction in stopping administration later.ConclusionThe Sishun Qingliangyin has no significant toxicity for long-term administration in rats,and infers that the drawing up doses in clinic will be safe.
Human Nm23 family consists of eight gene products that have been implicated in cellular differentiation,development and apoptosis,as well as oncogenesis and tumor metastasis.The protein products of Nm23 are nucleoside diphosphate kinases(NDPKs),the key metabolic enzymes that catalyze the synthesis of nucleoside triphosphates(NTP) by transfer of the terminal phosphate between NDP and NTP.Recent investigations are focused on the extraordinary pleiotropy and its mechanism of Nm23/NDPK.In this article,we review the recent progress in studies of the mechanism of Nm23/NDPK as metastasis suppressors,and other bioactivities of NDPK out of phosphate transfer enzyme,as well as the character of NDPK's quaternary structure and the relation between its structure and function.In addition to these,the potential applications of NDPK as an enhancer of antiviral drugs or Nm23 as a drug target were also described.Findings herein summarized provide new and intriguing suggestions for a more extensive understanding of the biological functions of the star molecule,Nm23/NDPK.
