Objective To establish an HPLC method for the content determination of crocin-Ⅰand crocin-Ⅱin Honghuayiqiyangxue capsules. Methods A Hypersil ODS2 C 18 column(150 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm) was used with methanol-water(48∶ 52) as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 440 nm. The flow rate was 1. 0 ml·min-1. Results The calibration curves of crocin-Ⅰand crocin-Ⅱwere linear in the range of 1245 μg·ml-1(r =1. 0000) and 6. 424 μg·ml1(r =0. 9999),respectively. The average recovery was 99. 44%(RSD =1.19%,n =6) for crocin-Ⅰand 98. 79%(RSD = 1. 38%,n = 6) for crocin-Ⅱ. Conclusion HPLC can determine the content of crocin-Ⅰ and crocin-Ⅱin Honghuayiqiyangxue capsules efficiently and accurately.
Objective To establish the quality control standard for Xuelianhuangtong capsules against high-altitude hypoxia. Methods The Rutin and Chlorogenic Acid were identified by thin layer chromatography(TLC); total flavonoids content were determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry(UV),and Rutin content was determined by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC). The Hypersil ODS2 C18(150 mm ×4. 6 mm,5 μm) column was used,and the mobile phase consisted of methanol-water(40∶ 60),and the flow rate was 1 ml /min; the column temperature was room temperature,and the detection wavelength was at 340 nm. Results The spots in the TLC were clear with good disassociation effect; the good linear relationship was achieved within the range of total flavonoids content of 9. 84μg /ml-59.04μg / ml(r = 0. 9997),and its average recovery ratio was 99. 32% with 1. 47% of RSD(n = 6); the good linear relationship was achieved within the range of Rutin content of 4-120 μg /ml(r = 0. 9999),and its average recovery of application of sample was 97. 98% with 1. 35% of RSD(n = 6). Conclusion The method is simple,practical and accurate with good repeatability,so it can be used for the quality control of Xuelianhuangtong capsules.
Objective: To establish HPLC method for the content determination of ginsenoside Rg 1 and ginsenoside Re in Renshen Guben Capsules.Method: A Hypersil ODS2 C 18 column(4.6 mm × 150 mm,5 μm) was used and acetonitrile-0.05% phosphoric acid(19.3 ∶ 80.7) as the mobile phase.The detection wavelength was set at 203 nm.The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1.Result: The calibration curves of ginsenoside Rg 1 and ginsenoside Re were linear in the range of 0.216-5.400 μg(r = 0.999 4) and 0.212-5.300 μg(r = 0.999 8) respectively.The average recoveries were 98.53%(RSD 1.10%) for ginsenoside Rg 1 and 98.36%(RSD 1.35%) for ginsenoside Re.Conclusion: The established method is simple,rapid,specific and accurate;it can be used as quality control of Renshen Guben Capsules.
Objective:To discuss the application of standard inter- cr own retainer in the territory of fixed restoration.Methods:At first, prepare anchor channels in the proximal surface of the abutments wit h the special channel prep and micro burs made in Holland. Then cement the stand ard inter-crown retainer in the channels.Make accurate impression and pour a fun ctional model with anchor analogues on.Wax the framework and cast the steel brid ge.At last, make and cement the porcecain restoration.Also, this inter-crown ret ainer can be used to strengthen those full crowns, post crowns, implant supporte d crowns which with a poor rentention.Results:188 patients with fixed restoration of all kinds with the inter-crown retainer were studied. Among these fixed restorations, there are 98 crownless bridge works and 62 crown fixed bridge, 20 post crown, 1 implant supported crown, 7 full crowns, 6 crownl ess bridge works in all loose and drop in 20 month for unsuitable case or operat ion.Condusions:This method has many advantages, less grind ing of abutments,less pain,less time etc. At the same time, the inter-crown reta iner can be used to strengthen full crown, post crown etc.
