The competition advantage and network value of Alliance network are more and more relying on obtaining and expanding of service elements, service innovation is increasingly becoming a strong strength that promotes alliance network to develop. In this paper, on the basis of analyzing relevant theories, the co-interaction model between knowledge creation and service innovation is set up in alliance network. And it reveals the mechanism of service innovation in alliance network. Meanwhile, it puts forward to theoretical direction and research method for practice activity of alliance network.
Based on conception of human capital property, we analyze the SREs' property shortcoming, and point out that (human) capital property is direction of reform of property. By case study, it can be concluded that ′elling on discount′ is (another) achievement of human capital property in wholly assigning of state-run equity. This can extend human capital (property) study field of vision, and also show the way of reform for the SREs.

Problems of collusion and collusion-proof equilibrium on the quality management system certification (QMSC) market in China are discussed in this paper. Firstly, three situations of producing collusion on QMSC market are given. The behavior and its harms of collusion are analyzed from four aspects. Then the intrinsic mechanism of collusion-formed is opened out by building a three-player principal-agent model of CNCA, certification bodies and enterprises. By the model, the game mechanism of forming collusion-proof equilibrium on QMSC market is given. Based on the model analysis, this paper gives four pieces of advice to prevent collusion: (1) to increase the expectation value of punishing collusion behaviors; (2) to decrease the expectation payoff in the condition of collusion; (3) to increase the expected payoff of certificating for certification bodies with good faith; (4) enterprises have nonparticipation with collusion. Finally, four conclusions are given out
The effectiveness of QMSC in the condition of the 1/sup st/ party audit, the 2/sup nd/ party assessment and the 3/sup rd/ party certification is analyzed from the angle of game theory. First of all the concept of QMSC is explored. And then the three game's several outcomes are analyzed respectively by building game models. Finally, the conclusions are given out. (1) It exists limitations that hinder justice, equity seen from present running mechanism to develop the 2/sup nd/ party assessment to the 3/sup rd/ certification. (2) The 2/sup nd/ party assessment can guarantee and raise the effectiveness of QMSC in mechanism. (3) Of the external audit, the reliability of the game relation and its mechanism in the 2/sup nd/ party assessment is the highest.
