The phenomenon and principle of corona generated by high voltage generator are summarized.Parts in the machine that corona is easily produced and common treatment methods are also introduced.Anti-corona technology of 10.5 kV generator in high altitude area is analyzed.Experiences of domestic first high voltage generator used in the altitude of 4 500 m area manufactured by Liuzhou jialixin motor co.,Ltd.,and its effective anti-corona technical measures are emphatically introduced.
The relible winding quality is the guarantee of large and high speed generator.The manufacture quality of winding is improved effctively by the modification of the manufacture process of rotor winding,which break the development bottleneck of the enterprise.The enterprise can improve the manufacture ability from the 500kW generator to the 3200kW generator,and thus achieves good economic benefit.
