Abstract Objective: To investigate the differences in the niacin skin flushing response of adolescent depressed patients and healthy adolescents and its diagnostic value in adolescent depression. Methods: Thirty-eight cases of acute episodes of depression in unmedicated adolescents and 47 age- and sex-matched healthy controls were included as study subjects, and sociodemographic and clinical data were collected, all of which were stimulated with six concentration gradients (up to 60 mmol/L, followed by sequential 3-fold gradient dilution to a minimum of 0.25 mmol/L) of niacin solution on the forearm skin, and the skin flushing area was applied as an assessment index. Results: The total area of redness of the skin in response to niacin was significantly lower in the adolescent depression group than in the healthy adolescent group (Z=-3.36, p=0.001) and was able to distinguish the adolescent depression group from the healthy adolescent group (area under curve=0.713, sensitivity 51.1%, specificity 83.2%). Conclusions: Niacin sensitivity is reduced in adolescent depressed patients, and the niacin skin flush response has potential clinical value as a diagnostic biomarker for adolescent depression.
It is researched that the reasons phased array jammer with multiple beams are to be the first choice for jamming air defense radar nets in terms of the air defense side possibly employing ground-to-air missile weapon net.Then,the jamming resource allocation for phased array jammer is studied with multiple beams specially.The mathematic model is established for allocating the jamming resource for jammer based on maximizing the sum of jamming to single power ratio(J/S) of air defense radar nets receivers front end. Finally,the example is given for allocating jamming resource for phased array jammer with multiple beams.Some results are achieved from the example which takes heuristic arithmetic and computer programming.

The establishment of silkworm reserve system is not only to promote the steady development of sericulture needs, but also the legal obligation of government regulations. Through the efforts of 2007, 3 class of provinces, cities and counties (cities, districts) reserve 80000 cases of the hybrids eggs and 5000 cases of the parent race eggs. The paper focuses on the requirements of operation norms for silkworm egg reserves.
In order to know the audible noise characters of transmission line and its influence on nearby residents'lives, the measurement and extraction method based on the singular value decomposition technology was presented. The results show that the sound pressure level obtained by Fourier transform is larger than that obtained by singular value decomposition; the sound pressure level and spectrum of field noise are different between day and night, which is mainly due to the interference of background noise such as beetle and frog calls in the course of night testing; and the noise level is extracted by. The obtained acoustic level and spectral characteristics of the audible noise are basically close to each other, which indicates that the technology of extracting the audible noise of transmission lines in this study can effectively filter out the interference of random noise signals.

The positions of the water intake inlet and the water discharge outlet of Qinshan Nuclear Power Station project phase II and the form of water intake engineering were optimized.Some practical examples in thermal power plant construction in the northern region,the rich in coal and water-deficient region,were analyzed,which include to adopt direct or indirect air cooled unit,to utilize the urban reclaimed water from the sewage treatment plant as supplement water for power plant,to adopt the form of water treating island to arrange the water system of the power plant and so on.The necessity of optimized design of water engineering system for thermal power plant and nuclear power station was expounded.The result of this paper provides reference for similar power plants in water engineering system design.
